Welcome to Annie's Rooms, a recently renovated and stylishly designed apartment that is both cool and sun-filled. Boasting three cozy bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, we have meticulously preserved the apartment's original exposed brick walls, old doors, and windows, while enhancing its charm with modern touches and luxurious amenities for your ultimate comfort.

Our apartment is a stunning sanctuary that features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, offering unparalleled privacy and comfort. The open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen create a spacious and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and socialising with loved ones. For added convenience, the apartment also boasts a dedicated laundry room complete with a washer. Despite being situated in the heart of the bustling entertainment district, our apartment is tucked away on a peaceful and tranquil street, providing the best of both worlds. The iconic Opera House, majestic Basilica, and charming Christmas markets are all just a short stroll away, offering a plethora of experiences to explore and enjoy.

We kindly request that our guests refrain from booking our apartment for stag, hen, bachelor parties, or groups of guys, as our residence is located in a peaceful residential building. Additionally, for arrivals after 10pm or on weekends, we do apply a nominal fee of EUR30, payable in cash upon arrival. However, we do offer the option of a hassle-free self-check-in process, free of charge. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a great, central location

Spacious, stylish, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. In a great location in Pest. Very close to the Great Synagogue, the Opera House, St Stephen’s basilica and the Ruin Pubs. Only a short walk to the Danube, the Central Market and the House of Parliament. We would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent Stay

We all really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was perfectly set up and felt very spacious even with a set of grandparents, parents and 2 little ones running around. The location is great with a lot to do and see within easy walking distance. Although Hajnal happened to be out of Budapest for our stay, she was easily contactable and very accommodating with late check out etc. We would definitely stay at Hajnal’s again when we return to Budapest.

Great apartment in a great location

Apartment was perfect for 3 couples. Large bedrooms all with lovely en-suites and air con. Kitchen and lounge area was spacious, comfortable and had everything you need. The apartment is in an ideal location just a few minutes walk from St Stephens Basilica, bars, restaurants and a metro station. Owner very helpful and responds quickly to questions. We were there for 5 days and had a great time. So much nicer to meet back at a lovely apartment than retreat to a hotel room.
