Located on one of the most beautiful streets in Edinburgh this huge apartment offers city centre living on a luxurious level. Located on the third and fourth floors it has four bedrooms, all with king size beds and three bathrooms. The huge dining-kitchen and separate drawing-room offer a wonderful space to come home to after a day sight-seeing. A peaceful location close enough to the action but located away from the busy clubs and bars.

As we are located on the top floors of a beautiful building there are stairs to climb to access the apartment, no lift I am afraid. However, once in you have stunning views across to Fife and you are away from the hustle and bustle of the roads below. We can guarantee a good nights sleep in some of the most comfortable beds on offer.

The huge dining-kitchen is a fabulous spot for dining and entertaining friends or family. It really is a super place to catch up and spend quality time with those nearest and dearest. The drawing room has double aspect windows offering lots of light and superb views. Four luxurious bedrooms offer a haven to retire to after a day on your feet.

A unique property on one of the most beautiful streets in Edinburgh. We are very proud of this property and we fell in love with it when we saw the views from the living room. Being located over two floors it has a huge amount of space and light as well as being a lovely peaceful place to be. It's walking distance to everything and has more space to entertain than you will ever need.

What makes this apartment unique

The views are fantastic from the third floor. You can see across the water to Fife. The dining kitchen is huge and it's a wonderful space for getting together with friends or family. If you are having a celebration it's got the wow factor.

What a lovely apartment!

A spacious apartment; clean with all the amenities that we needed. Light and airy with room for all our party of 8. Jane the host was attentive, helpful and met us at the property to welcome us. We will be back....."circle of trust" ladies !

Wonderful unit in a great historic neighborhood.

The unit is huge, very comfortable and nicely furnished and supplied. We were lucky enough to meet Jane when we arrived, and she was so nice and helpful. The building is truly historic. From the attic bedrooms you can see the "Mary Poppins" chimneys on the roof, The building has a Tesco Express grocery store at street level, and a bus stop across the street where busses rush you to and from Old Town. Our only issue was that you have to climb about 100 steps to reach the top level unit. For some of us that was a great excercise opportunity! Also, though the unit is large and Jane can bring a very comfy extra cot , it only sleeps 9 if there are four couples and a single in the cot or a couch. With 2 couples and three singles, all the beds were used but the place was more than spacious enough to spread out and relax into different activities.

From entering to a big reception hall the decor and quality of furnishing in every room surpassed our expectations. A beautiful apartment minutes away from central Edinburgh made our stay for a birthday celebration the icing on the cake.
