Séjour agréable

La résidence est très bien située. Les espaces communs sont propres. L appartement est de bonne taille pour 4 personnes, bien que le balcon légèrement exiguë. Gros carton rouge sur la propreté de la vaisselle (je pense que les locataires précédents n ont pas user l éponge). Le propriétaire est adorable et reste très à l écoute.

L endroit est vraiment très agréable, l accès à la piscine ainsi qu'à la plage sont idéales. le logement est parfaitement équipé et propre ainsi qu'un très bon accueil du propriétaire.

3 Wochen Spanien mit unseren Hund

Freundlichkeit, Empfang, Sauberkeit und Einrichtung, dafür gebe ich 5 Punkte, 30 m Meer ist falsch, es sind etwa 30 m zu Pool, aber dann zum Meer sind es noch einmal über 70 Stufen. W-Lan war so schwach, dass kein Empfang möglich war, ich hatte das angesprochen, er sagt, mehr ist nicht, dabei habe ich den Vermieter auf seine durchgesessen Couch setzen lassen, er sagt, die ist bequem? Die Wohnung wurde so warm ,obwohl alle Fenster geöffnet waren, lief Schweiß , da braucht man keine Couch. Das Schlafzimmer war Top mit Deckenlüfter, aber mit über 70 Jahren geht man nicht den ganzen Tag ins Bett. Aber da konnte man es aushalten! Bettwäsche, Handtücher waren im Verhältnis teuer, ich kann nicht verstehen, warum er mich im Punkt Sauberkeit schlecht bewertet, er kam 20 Minuten vor vereinbarten Termin, wir wollten gerade die letzten Sachen zum Auto bringen, die Wohnung wurde abgenommen, wir haben daraufhin nicht noch einmal kontrolliert, außerdem war die Entreinigung bezahlt. Fazit: Die Wohnung ist für uns ungeeignet.
