About the property

This is a very popular first-floor apartment on the superb Los Naranjos de Marbella development, which is situated next to the famous Puerto Banus. The apartment feel and design is very fresh, airy and spacious with quality furnishing provided throughout. This apartment has the added benefit of easily sleeping 6 people comfortably with a master bedroom and two twin bedded rooms. In the heat of the summer, the air-conditioning is a welcome luxury and heating is supplied during those winter evenings. Beautiful marble floors extend through the apartment. A fully fitted kitchen is standard, A very spacious and comfortable lounge/diner with lovely working fireplace, ample lounge seating and dining (inside and al-fresco) can be enjoyed. The lounge leads to a private patio with further al-fresco dining.There is a large Mercadona supermarket on site at Los Naranjos , catering for all your needs, which makes shopping very easy for those who do not have a car.There are also a couple of lovely small restaurants close to the Supermarket area for when you fancy eating out only minutes from the apartment. The apartment has personalised Wi-fi installed with IPTV which gives all the English channels for your added pleasure.This complex is ideally situated for all the famous golf courses around Marbella which are all within 15 minutes drive and is situated adjacent to the only 24 hour course in the area 'Dama de Noche' and the Marbella Golf Academy. Puerto Banus is only a pleasant 20 minutes stroll away, making the complex the perfect 'value-for-money' retreat from the 'high-life' associated with this international resort. Only a few metres away is the Los Naranjos Sport Bar & Restuarant which serves good food and has weekly entertainment during summer months , bar, serviced pool with sun beds, very child friendly, Paddle tennis courts with coaching and central reception. Would stay again!

Great complex with a large pool. Apartment was very spacious with lots of locals amenities. Not too far from puerto banus taxi is like 6-10 euros and a bus outside of the complex which is 1-2 euros to get to banus or marbella centre. Used the avanis coach from the airport to marbella bus station then a taxi to the complex -much cheaper than a taxiwhih was up to a 100 euros,

Great complex.. great location

The property was well furnished,in a good location on a complex with security .Everything internally was as the photos.suggested.Would have been helpful to have a printed note of access codes,bus info.how to work A.C. Etc.as has been provided on the other apartments I have stayed in previously.

The property was very well maintained and provided everything we needed for our holiday,location fab

We would definitely stay again. The apartment was equipped well with good aircon, free wifi and the bbq on the terrace. It was close to the pool and within a short distance from the Club House. The only thing that would have made it better would have been to have a key to access the Supermercado. Thank you x

This is a very spacious 2 bedroom apartment great for relaxation. Aircon excellent. Great to have two bathrooms. Lovely eating area with large table. The complex is 5 mins taxi to Puerto banus
