Modern Air conditioned great location countryside only 4 minutes walk to village

A spacious open-plan apartment featuring a double bed, modern bathroom and a separate kitchen. Enjoy access to a private and secluded veranda overlooking the orange trees, We have a large shared outdoor swimming pool.

The open plan living area includes a sofa, arm chair, table, two chairs and TV. The bathroom comprises of a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin. The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave/grill, toaster, electric juicer and kettle.

Air-con, high-speed WiFi, music system, iPod docking station, board games, books and classic DVD films are all provided during your stay. Washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer are also available.

Enjoy access to our 13×4 meter outdoor swimming pool. We have six sun loungers as well as a large decking area for sun-bathing with a two-seater sofa, coffee table and chairs. Outdoor shower and bathroom.

We provide bathroom towels, pool towels, cotton bed linen, shower gel and shampoo. The apartment is supplied with all cleaning materials. The property is cleaned for your arrival and weekly for longer stays. Further cleans available at extra cost.

Upon arrival, enjoy a complimentary ‘welcome to the apartment’ hamper.

Tour, walk, relax,easy access to anywhere you wish or need to go, .All parts of the village are within a three to four minutes' walk, allowing enjoyment of all the restaurants and tapas bars without having to think about driving.

Why Julie & Warren Edwards chose Algodonales

we first came to Algodonales for a holiday 25 years ago and fell in love with this village and its beautyful surrounding area.Back in the UK we ran a paragliding school and after many visits we decided to sell and relocate here and love the dream. As soon as we walk into this wonderful place we knew we had come home.

What makes this apartment unique

Love the location of the place. The pool is fantastic. Its built on the edge of the village. it is situated in the countryside with stunning views but having the benefit of not feeling isolated. its just a 9 minutes walk up to the village of Algodonales main plaza. there you can see the real Spain. No need to take your car out of an evening. the village is a super place to eat out.

The area here has so much to discover. Paragliding, horse riding walking sight seeing. The white villages are all on our door step.

A great place to stay in Algodonales

It's not easy to create a truly hospitable guest experience when hosting weary, unfamiliar, travelers. It requires that two distinct factors be brought into balance. First one needs to provide a beautiful setting with a clean comfortable dwelling, tastefully and creatively appointed. Secondly there needs to be friendly, efficient, and capable service - provided with distinctive style - to make the experience complete. Julie and Warren have made this the essence of Casa La Parra. Easy to get to, easy to park at, and set in an absolutely beautiful and charming little town, Casa La Parra is a great choice!

Wonderful location and Hosts

Julie and Warren warmly welcomed us to their home with wine, fruit and friendship. We stayed in the studio apartment connected to the home which had a private, side entrance, fully equipped kitchen, bath and parking within the estate. They provided us with many suggestions for exploring, activities and eating in the area. Rhonda, the Andalucian white villages and surrounding area were easy to explore from here. We especially loved finding La Cuerva de la Pilate and viewing 32,000 year old petroglyphs. We only wish we had more time to stay to enjoy the area. Thank you for helping make our anniversary trip very special and memorable. Nancy and Kurt

Great Facilities and Excellent Location

This property was excellent, it had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. There was secure off-road parking and beautifully maintained gardens. We took our dog with us and the accommodation was very dog friendly. The owner Julie was very helpful and gave us a lovely welcome and couldn't do enough for us during our stay. She was also very quick to respond to any questions we had during the booking process. The area itself is lovely and there is everything you need in the village. All in all we had a fabulous break here and will be returning in the future.

Fantastic stay in Authentic Spain

We've stayed in this apartment at Casa La Parra two years on the trot and are looking to return in 2016. This is a fantastic place to stay. The Apartment is spotlessly clean and fully equipped. We've stayed in it for over 2 weeks each time and was very comfortable - it had everything we needed. The welcome from Julie and her son Warren has always been really warm and they'll do anything to help your stay be as comfortable as possible. The gardens are beautifully kept and the pool is a good size and really clean. The surrounding views are stunning. It was sometimes hard work to make the effort to get up and go out, as it was so lovely just to lounge around the pool, surrounded by orange groves, stunning views and a welcoming pool. The centre of Algodonales is only a 5 minute walk away and you are spoilt for choice as to where to eat - everywhere is so cheap and the food quality is excellent. It's all very unspoilt and feels like authentic Spain. I can't wait to go back.

Une résidence idéale

Nous avons séjourné durant une dizaine de jours dans la belle et paisible propriété de Julie et Warren EDWARDS, hôtes discrets et efficaces. Résider à ALGODONALES est idéal, la petite cité donne déjà un aperçu plus que séduisant dans la future exploration des fameux pueblos blancos; pleine de vie, le contact avec les villageois se révèle particulièrement chaleureux. Idéalement bien située la demeure des EDWARDS permet de splendides excursions vers l'ensemble des somptueux villages blancs : Zahara de la Sierra et son lac turquoise, Olvera et son Castille surplombant le paysage, le délicieux et unique Benamoha, Setenil, El Bosque et Grazalema qui s'ouvre sur le merveilleux parc naturel du même nom. Quant à Ronda la Belle c'est une voisine! Merci encore à nos hôtes de nous avoir rendu ce séjour sincèrement confortable - piscine et jardin magnifiques - et attentionné. Une endroit charmant et merveilleux pour demeurer

D'entrée de jeu, disons que l'accueil de nos hôtes est très chaleureux. L'appartement est un petit bijou et correspond exactement à tout ce qui est indiqué sur Internet. Équipement et propreté impeccables. Julie et Warren font tout pour rendre notre séjour confortable. L'appartement est très bien situé (près du centre d'Algodonales) et on peut y aller à pied en quelques minutes seulement. Il y a tellement à voir autour. On est resté une semaine et on a manqué de temps pour voir certains villages pittoresques. Ne manquez pas Zahara et Séténil et évidemment Ronda. Endroit facile d'accès, parking sécuritaire. Nos hôtes sont très généreux et ils nous donnent le petit plus qui nous donnent envie d'y retourner. On recommande à quiconque veut un endroit tranquille, charmant, propre, très bien situé pour rayonner autour. Merci à Julie et à Warren

We are more than happy to help to arrange any activities you fancy trying while your holiday here. The area is famous for its paragliding and walking. A lake just a short 10 minutes drive from us where there you can hire either a canoe or kayak and just relax on the water.
