Brand new apartment in Gran Alacant, very spacious and light. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen with dining area and two large outside terrace with sea views.

This very light top floor apartment with sea views is located in a quiet complex with shared swimming pool. New & modern furnished, the apartment is equipped with air conditioner. It has two two large terrace.

The roof terrace is very spacious with the sun on it all day long. With a shower on the terrace for your convenience, you can enjoy stunning views of the mountains & sea with a table & chairs to enable you to dine al fresco.

The property is 10 minutes from Alicante airport and 45 minutes from Murcia airport. It is located in the higher area of Gran Alacant.

There is a weekly market on Thursday morning just 2 minutes from the house, where you can pick up fresh local fruit and vegetables.

Also, the sports center is located right outside the complex, featuring padel, tennis, football & petanca courts.

In the local area (5 minute walking from the complex) there is an excellent selection of local & international restaurants, bars, shops, banks & supermarkets. 

The apartment is located less than two kilometers from the Carabassi beach, one of the most extensive & natural beaches in the province of Alicante. On the beach, there is a diving & windsurfing center with summer classes for children and adults.

It also is located near the Clot de Galvany, a beautiful wetland, ideal for walking and hiking.

Alicante is a ten minute drive in one direction and has a good lively night life.

The beautiful fishing town of Santa Pola is just 5 kms, drive in the opposite direction. Santa Pola has a large market with a vast variety of foods and goods available and takes place on Saturday and Monday mornings. From Santa Pola port you can take a glass bottom boat ride to the island of Tabarca.

Spacious, light & airy apartment - Clean and modern in a quiet location

On our arrival outside the complex my husband & I were concerned as the apartments at the front of the complex that can be seen from the road aren't complete but once inside we were delighted with the spacious second floor apartment.

It was light and airy and spacious with a charming outside balcony area and more than adequate comfortable rattan furniture. There is a sea view and a very clean and quiet pool area (we had it to ourselves the majority of the time). The pool appeared to be cleaned daily and there were sun loungers within the apartment that we could use.

The air conditioning was a bonus and an adequate kitchen area. If there is to be a negative there was no kettle or toaster (but I'm really being picky).

The location is great as its slightly off the beaten track but close enough to enjoy the Gran Alacant area. Only just over a mile to Carabassi beach, easily accessible by car or the local 'road train' (which was great fun).

Some amazing local restaurants - La Poletta, Patagonia, Get Fresh, Tutti's and so many local tapas' which we thoroughly enjoyed.

A short walk in the other direction lead to the light house and the Sky Walk with spectacular views, we were lucky enough to watch the paragliders in the early evening jumping from the cliffs!

Would highly recommend this quality apartment, we were thrilled with our stay and thoroughly enjoyed!

Lovely spacious Apartment !

This top floor{ of 3 floors} apartment was really much too big for just me and my wife. There are 3 generous double bedrooms and a single bedroom suitable for perhaps a junior. However we loved having the space and lived a life of luxury in this penthouse property. The outside space is phenomenal with plenty of chairs and tables to relax on. The views are also very special with the ocean one way and the mountains the other. We hardly even used the roof terrace which was enormous and only really went up at night to take in the views when the lights went on around Alicante bay.

The apartment is also served by a lift and the complex has a 24 hour security guard. Parking is close by on the road, although residents brought their cars into the underground garage through the key/pass coded gates.

The property is situated in what I think is known as 'Top Alacant' and you can walk to bars and restaurants about 10 minutes one way and the park around the lighthouse the other, this is where the 'Skywalk' is situated. Also if you don't want to walk you can catch the Gran Alacant road train which runs right past the door and is very cheap to ride and will take you all over the area to other shops and restaurants and down closer to the beach. We had a car for our two weeks and it does make things a lot easier for trips out of town and the commute to and from the airport plus shopping of course.

The apartment is brand new and immaculate and the complex itself is mainly residential meaning that on weekdays, many of the residents are out at work and you can have the swimming pool all to yourselves.

For restaurants nearby try, 'La Piedra' { International cuisine }, 'Il Saporo' { Italian }, 'Maria II' { Chinese}, 'Hemingways' { International cuisine }
