This was my first trip to Denia having been recommended by friends. The apartment was lovely and very well equipped with a short walk to the shops, restaurants and beach. Unlike other coastal towns Denia has retained it's traditional Spanish charm but also has an excellent shopping area and marina. I would recommend this apartment and location for families and couples!

Have stayed at this property in Denia for some years. It is comfortable and has all the facilities you could wish for. It is 10 minutes walk to the centre of town and a short walk to Aldi or the larger Mercadona. A big plus is the south-facing terrace which effectively gives you another room and provides sunshine from dawn to dusk.

Denia is a terrific place to stay if you like a real Spanish working town. A smattering of Spanish helps as many of the locals have no English but you can always get around that with some patience. A highlight is to watch the fishing boats unload their boats and you can look into the Dutch auction that follows. There are restaurants galore catering for all tastes.

The owner Steve is prompt and efficient as is the service if there are any minor problems.

Would thoroughly recommend this property for location, comfort and facilities and great service.

Appartement idéalement situé, à 300m de la plage. Spatieux et confortable, bien équipé (2 salles de bain), idéal pour une famille.

"El apartamento está muy ...

"El apartamento está muy bien situado y equipado. Fundamental el aire acondicionado en esa zona en Agosto. Sobre todo nos agradó el trato del dueño que a pesar de no vivir en España, siempre nos atendió muy bien. De hecho tuvimos un problema con una persiana y en menos de 24 horas mandó a alguien a arreglarlo."

"La résidence est bien située : proche de la mer et du centre ville de Dénia. L''appartement est situé à l''angle de 2 rues passantes ce qui impose de dormir fenêtres fermées avec la clim en plein été pour ne pas être réveillé aux aurores. Cependant c''est un très bel appartement, on a noté simplement que le mobilier de jardin était à rénover ainsi que le joint du frigo ... Mais je pense que tout ceci a été revu par le propriétaire sympa et disponible."

"appartement très propre et agréable,défaut : le rez de jardin donne sur une rue très passante les photos ne le laisse pas supposer.

très belle piscine mais inaccessible pour les locataires ne donnant pas sur le pourtour; elle est la propriété de la proximité. Dommage ausi que les baigneurs prennent des bains quasiment tout habillé, doute sur l'hygiène!!là il y aurait effectivement beaucoup à revoir, être en vacances ne donne pas toutes les permissions.

le site de la résidence par lui même est impeccable et très propre. l'ppartement conforme à l'annonce exception faite du signalement de la proximité de la rue"
