The Canal St Martin, an exclusive vacation rental for a group of up to 4 people, is the perfect place to stay in one of world's most beautiful and fascinating cities. Located on the ground floor of a modern building with its own private outside space, the 75sqm apartment is tucked away in a quiet street, just 5 minutes walk from a major Metro station and only a short stroll from the trendy cafés, bars and restaurants along the lively Canal St Martin district. An ideal holiday home for a family or a group of friends, and only minutes away from the major tourist attractions of Paris. Included in the price secure car parking for our guests. The Canal St Martin has a large entrance hall that leads into a spacious living/dining area with French windows that open out onto the large private terrace. The decor is a mix of modern and antique, with leather armchair, plush sofa and original French artworks. The flat is also equipped with cable TV, and blue tooth speaker for your ipad or pod and for those who cannot be parted from their laptop, there is high speed internet connection. There are two good-size individually decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with its windows opening onto the terrace and the garden, making the room light and airy. The second bedroom can either be twin bedded or a double. There is an elegant family bathroom with double washbasins and a bathtub with an overhead shower. The wc is a separate. Should you wish to dine at home, the kitchen is fully equippedAn added luxury for Central Paris is the terrace that runs the full length of the apartment and has a view of the building s private garden. Simply relax and unwind outside on the tranquil terrace, after a hard day shopping in the city. In summer, you can enjoy the warmth of the sun and eat and drink outside, on the teak wooden chairs and dining table.

Roomy and beautiful!

What a wonderful, spacious, clean home! Once you get your bearings it is a 10 minute walk to Gard de l"Est and a 20-30 minute walk to Gard du Nord. Lots of restaurants, grocery store and bakery just around the corner. The manager and wife so nice and accommodating. He booked our taxi to the airport. Best 60 euros we spent! Would definitely book this home on my next visit to Paris.

Comfortable, convenient, well equipped; worked well as a base for a family of four

We stayed for a week--family of four with young boys--and found the apartment to be well located (not too close to the centre, not too far) and with good access to markets, transport, shops and a park for letting the kids blow off some steam. The apartment was comfortable, spacious (as city apartments go) and had a kitchen sufficiently well stocked to do justice to the day's market purchases. Interactions with the owner and manager proceeded flawlessly and graciously. Recommended.

Schönes Domizil für Familienurlaub in Paris

Genügend Platz, sehr sauber, sehr gemütlich. Jeder hat seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Man kann auch draußen auf der Terrasse sitzen. Alles vorhanden in Küche und Bad. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und kommen wieder.

Wir fanden eine gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung vor, die aufgrund ihrer zwar ruhigen, aber doch zentralen Lage (Gare de l'Est fußläufig gut erreichbar) ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen ist. Gerne sind wir nach einem Tag voller touristischer Höhepunkte in die Wohnung zurückgekehrt, um ein wenig Abstand vom Lärm und Geschäftigkeit der Metropole zu bekommen. Großartig fanden wir auch das Viertel rund um den Canal, machte alles einen sehr entspannten Eindruck.

Unbedingt hervorzuheben ist der Kontakt zur Vermieterin, die immer prompt reagierte und flexibel auf unsere Wünsch einging.
