New to the rental market, a bright, sunny & modern holiday home in a superb central location. The apartment is in the popular Alpisol complex, which is just set back from the main road through Albir, next to the Sunday market. This spacious 2 bedroom apartment is surrounded by many excellent restaurants, bars & cafes, and is a just a few minutes walk from pharmacies, banks and supermarkets.

The lovely beach of Albir and town centre are just a 10 minute walk away. There is a bus stop directly outside the apartment, which is for the main bus route to Benidorm, Altea & Alfaz del Pi. Buses are very regular and reasonably priced.

About Karen Allchorne

We are a married couple with a little boy. We've lived in the apartment since 2007 and we loved it so much that we bought it from our landlord in 2010! We've always been very happy living here, however now our little boy is getting bigger, we need more space, which is the reason that we've put it up for rent. We are staying in Albir though as we love the village!

Perfect

We had a fabulous time on this holiday. Karen and her family are super friendly and extremely helpful. Can't thank her enough. The apartment was immaculate and everything provided. Great restaurants on the doorstep and the private pool was spotless. Would definitely recommend and we'll definitely go back. x

If you want a nice peaceful holiday this apartment is not for you

Although the apartment was well maintained and very clean we found the location too busy for us. It was on a very busy main road with traffic running constantly and the restaurant which was next door was very noisy all day and night. It was our first trip to Albir but unfortunately we will not be returning.

We do explain in the description that the apartment is centrally located, close to the main road in Albir and is surrounded by restaurants and bars. We are sorry if you expected the location to be more peaceful. The Belgian restaurant which you mention does close before 11.00pm, and has not been an issue to any of our previous guests. We are sorry that you didn't find Albir to your liking and that you won't be returning. However we appreciate your positive comments regarding the cleanliness and upkeep of the apartment, as we strive to ensure that the apartment is maintained to a very high standard.

Excellent apartment

The owner met us at a drop off point as we arrived using public transport from Alicante airport, we were shown around the apartment and given the keys and a contact number. Karen the owner was very friendly. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed including British to channels, washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment is situated next to a bar/cafe and there is also a bus stop out front which goes to Benidorm for €1.50. The bedrooms have plenty of storage space and the beds are comfortable, the bathroom has a great shower and I couldn't recommend this apartment enough. We had a great stay and we can't wait to return. Thanks Karen.

Tres belle région

On a passé de tres bonnes vacances dans cette region. Belle plage .toutes les commodites a coté lappqrtement propre fonctionnel et décoré avec amour grace a karen souriante avenante et disponble elke nous a mis tres a l'aise !!merci beaucoup on a hâte d'y revenir l'été prochain.
