A luxurious 2 bedroom penthouse apartment on the prestigious 5-star Roda Golf and Beach Resort with one of the best golf courses in the area and one of the most beautiful and popular sandy beaches in this part of Spain just 5 minutes away. The apartment is beautifully furnished and the accommodation consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite), a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, grill, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dish washer), a beautiful lounge with a dining area, two lounge terraces and a large and private rooftop solarium. A large shared swimming pool is adjacent to the apartment block.

The apartment sleeps 4. There is a double bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the other. The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi and A/C . The A/C comes with a pre-loaded meter that will, from past experience, provide adequate A/C for the duration of your stay. In the unlikely event that a meter top-up is neccesary, this can be arranged with the local agent at a cost. There is a flat-screen TV with some English Channels and a DVD.

The location is peaceful and quiet and is in a gated community. Numerous shops/restaurants/bars are all only 2 mins drive away while the historical cities of Cartegana and Murcia are only 20 minutes drive away. There are many beautiful, quaint fishing villages and harbours with great restaurants nearby.

About The Owner/Property Manager

Roy and Ruth are UK citizens. We purchased this apartment as a place in the sun for us. We go there as often as we can and love it to bits! It is our home and so we take pride in how it is presented. We are both retired now though we spend a lot of our time in charitable work and being with our three grand children.

We bought this property as it meets our needs for great weather (even in the winter), golf, beach, peace and quiet and easy access to shops and restaurants.

What makes this apartment unique

We love the incredible views from the large roof terrace - panoramic views of the sea, golf course, mountains and orange groves. It is great to relax on a lounge chair or the hammock with access to cold drinks from the roof terrace fridge. We also love the two additional terraces accessible from the lounge and from the kitchen at opposite ends of the apartment. Great outdoor and indoor living!

This penthouse apartment is located on Phase 3 of the Roda Beach and Golf Resort. The private roof terrace is accessible by solid stairs. The resort is gated with 24 hr security and controlled access. The nearest airports are Murcia (10 mins), and Alicante (45 mins). A car is recommended. Free wifi is available in the apartment. The property is fully air conditioned. In the interest of energy conservation, an air conditioning meter is installed and this will be pre-loaded for each booking. The free allowance is more than adequate for a 2 week stay in the summer. In the unlikely event that the pre-loaded allowance does not cover your entire stay a top up can be arranged directly with our local agent at the guests expense. The Property will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival and cleaned on your departure. A contribution of 80 Euros towards cleaning and laundry costs is payable to the local agent on departure. No pets and no smoking.

Really lovely apartment!

Roy's apartment is truly lovely, a real home for home. All the facilities and amenities you need, with lovely clean and modern fixtures and fittings. The upstairs outside space is also a great added bonus, with amazing views of the airport runway and sunsets! Will definitely be booking again!
