Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay, property was very clean, comfortable and homely. Incredible views. Town was very pretty and peaceful. Took a train from Xilxes to Castellon and Peniscola which is highly recommended. No bus available in Chilches so you will need to use a car or taxi. Kids loved the pool. Very relaxing holiday. Highly recommend

Stunning location beautiful views

The villa is in a beautiful location lovely and quiet area with a gorgeous beach in front of you. Fernando is brilliant very helpful and speaks English very well he even helped out with taxis etc as we couldn’t understand all the Spanish. Gorgeous pool area everything you need for a relaxing beach holiday. The only down side we found was the first week the local shop was closed for the week and all bars / restaurants closed all week only open weekend. I’d definitely recommend the villa to friends and family .

It was very nice stay in the villa near the sea :)

The weather was good, all week sunshine, the villa - nice and big, almost no people around, big space inside the villa. We found everything we need in the house and around it. The water in the pool was not so warm (end of October :)), but it was pleasure to swim in the sea (temperature 20-22 degrees Celsius). We felt us very comfortable siting outside in the evening and drinking wine... Real pleasure... The villa representative Fernando was very friendly for us and very helpful. Many thanks for him.

Superb !

We have stayed at this beautiful Vila for one week , thoroughly enjoyed the stay, very comfortable home for big family. Setting is just amazing. Vila with pool and large fenced garden, located in the first line to the sea. Description and photographs of the property was very accurate. Vila was clean and well maintain. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property.

Super Lage

Näher zum Meer geht fast nicht. Zwischen Haus und Meer ist keine Straße sondern eine wunderschöne Promenade. Der Ausblick vom Garten, Tereasse und Balkon ist unbezahlbar. Der Pool ist toll und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Haus hat 4 Schlafzimmer (2 mit Balkon zum Meer), 2 Badezimmer, einen großen Wohnraum, Terrasse und schönen Garten mit Palmen (Karibik-Feeling). Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert und wir bekamen immer schnelle Antworten und Informationen!
