Fairways is the perfect family resort, located in a secluded part of the island, easy reach of main attractions. The resort is secure and gated, access only for members & invited guests.

The complex offers a large heated swimming pool, three bars & restaurants and an on site laundrette. Children's play area, table tennis, day time activities, hair dressers, beauty therapist,cash point

The complex boasts multiple waterfalls stocked with beautiful turtles and fish and they sit amongst tropical palm trees which really adds to the special relaxed feeling offered by the complex.

The resort is just a 10 minute walk to the larger resort of Gulf del Sur with more shops, bars & restaurants & in between you will find the new marina with submarine tours & fishing trips.

The apartment itself is newly refurbished, spacious and boasts beautiful views from the terrace area - the perfect environment to relax and watch the sun come down. This apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a hassle free holiday!

Two single beds as well as a double pull out sofa in the lounge - comfortably sleeps 4 people.

Excellent Apartment. So relaxing. Stunning views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paul & Tracey’s apartment. It was so clean and well maintained. We instantly relaxed there and felt at home. The views and sunsets were beautiful. We really didn’t want to leave. I could have stayed for a month and been perfectly contented. The beds were so comfortable. The sofa was just so great to lie back on and watch tv. The patio set was great to have dinner at and it just felt wonderful. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back there again. The photos you see are exactly as the apartment is. It’s really lovely. If you are looking for clean and simply furnished with tasteful decoration then this is the place for you. We loved it!

Fantastic

We'd like to thank Tracey and Paul for letting us stay at their apartment.

We stayed for Christmas and New Year.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could wish for.

Spotlessly clean, very spacious for a studio, and very comfortable, from the beds to the sofa.

In the morning the sunrise would come up by the front door, we always opened that to cook our breakfast, with it shining down on you. From about 12.00 noon the sun would start coming onto the balcony to which we would have until Sunset, fantastic.

Also the TV has all the British Channels, they even have a sports channel which covers all the Premier League Football, (for all you sports fans).

The variety of restaurants in the area are marvellous, from Spanish to Italian to Chinese, Indian, and of course British.

I would advise from a personal opinion, that a car would make you stay much more enjoyable. Because you have the relaxation of the golf courses around you, lovely walks.

And then with a car you can travel around the island at your leisure, it's very easy to drive out there, other drivers are very patient, and where ever you go, be it Las Americas, Los Christianos, Mount Teidi, Los Gigantes, Masca to name but a few the parking is simple with plenty of spaces, (free off course).

With a car you can go up to the supermarkets near the main road, namely Mercadona and Hiperdino, they are very cheap. And if you wish there is even Iceland, for all you British food, including British Bread, everything you can think off, but after all you do pay extra than at home, which you expect because they have to import them over there. I must say we enjoyed this holiday so much, we are trying to book it again. It's like home from home, but with the summer weather in the winter. Thank you very much Tracey and Paul. Loved the holiday, will stay longer next time

loved my stay in the property, good size, good location, just the place to chill out and rest ,would go back any time. The only drawbacks, the security gate card had to be charged at the office, we were not informed about.

Great Place to Stay

Me and my partner stayed 10 days at this wonderful place, we used it as base for visit Tenerife island.

The apartment is as showed on the photos, it has all the facilities needed for a lovely stay, plenty of kitchen utensils, fridge with a small freezer, very comfy sofa and beds, bath with a bathtub and hairdryer, good flat tv with a lot of international channels, even some of them out of the box (I enjoyed watching the Classic), iron provided and enough space for unpacking, nice terrace where we dinner all the nights.

The complex is clean, safe and well maintained, it has a pleasant heated pool, in the area there are several restaurants-pubs, a handy supermarket, laundry and hairdressing services availables, you can rent car and bikes there and arrange excursions in reception if you want, there is a free internet area beside the pool but for having wifi at the room you'll have to pay 18€/week.

The area is pretty calm, surrounded by golf courses, 5 minutes by car in Las Chafiras town there are a lot of cheap spanish restaurants and big supermarkets (Lidl, Iceland, HiperDino, Mercadona). The main attractions of Costa Adeje are very close with good access by the highway.

I would highly recommend to book this place and I would be very happy to come back again.

Great holiday in lovely location.

The apartment was lovely and very comfortable with everything we needed. However it would have been nice to have a towel change during the week. Apartment was in a nice quiet location on the site with nice view of Teide from the balcony. We would definitely consider renting from Paul & Tracey again.

Very nice property

Really lovely trip to golf del sur. Apartment great. Nice and quiet area. Pool, and poolside bar fabulous. Paul and Tracey owners were a delightful couple to deal with. Would definitely stay there again. Paula and Jim
