Full of light, high ceilings – 3,20 m-, east-west exposure, 3rd floor no lift, independent gas heating, separate kitchen, performing air conditioning, (2 units), (NON SMOKING), the flat is ideally located: train station, VO cinema, shops, restaurants, bus stops, old town are all reachable on foot. Tea, coffee, toilet paper, cleaning products are given to get you started but are not meant to cover the whole period of your stay. The owner used to live in the flat and that’s why it has been arranged so that you feel “at home”. Solid wood bed, slatted bed frame and cupboard. WMF Kitchen utensils and unique decoration. This is why I expect guests to be respectful of the place, and to pay a minimum of attention (for example, do not slam doors or windows). Pearl in the center of Nice

Excellent location, close to everything you may need for your holiday in Nice. One block away from the promenade, which made it perfect for your family that was after a proper beach holiday. The area is surrounded by many restaurants, so you'll never run out of choices. Likewise, there are several supermarkets within waking distance. The flat has one private bedroom with a really good a/c, much appreciated during the height of the great wave in Europe. The mattress on both, the bed in the room and the sofabed in the living room were very comfortable. The A/C in the living room was also in top condition and was very energy efficient. The kitchen is very well equipped with every amenity you might expect. Though the building is old, the flat itself is impeccably kept. Great water pressure in the shower. There were also mats available to go to the beach as well as a parasol. What a great extra to have available! The only drawback was having very noisy neighbors on the floor above us, going up the four stories making loud noises and then moving furniture at 2 in the morning in their flat, but this has nothing to do with our flat as once those neighbors left, there was not any issue. Maria is the perfect host. At all times she was available for any questions. Communication was superb. She's very flexible and friendly. A big thank you for the little welcome gift, it was delicious! I highly recommend this property, you will not regret it!

Great little bolt hole

This apartment is ideally placed within walking distance of virtually everything Nice has to offer. The sea is a short walk away and lots of restaurants within the neighbourhood. The old town is 10 minutes walk , the chagall museum 25minutes. Rosa could not have been more helpful. To the point that one day I had a torn banknote and she came with me to the bank.

A LITTLE GEM NEAR THE PROM

There were 3 of us on a winter break at the Riviera. Lovely flat. Super friendly and helpful hosts. Central. Spacious. Great layout with separate kitchen. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Good quality sofa bed. Double bed with super comfort. Very quiet building. Well equipped. Has everything you need. Homely. We'd happily go back there for another holiday. Loved it. Highly recommended.

Welcoming and very well presented with good amenities and a delightful host in Maria

It was a delight to meet Maria who was extremely helpful arranging our reservation and also during our stay at her apartment in Nice. We very much appreciated the time she took to help us settle into the apartment and explained where we could find all the local shops, markets and restaurants. The location of the apartment worked very well for our stay. We found the apartment welcoming and comfortable with a good standard of amenities - everything worked well and easily. Maria was very attentive ensuring we had clean linen during our stay. If you are considering making a reservation - we would highly recommend the apartment, the location and the kindly attention and support from Maria. We will recommend this apartment to our friends and family and look forward to returning next summer.

"Our stay in Nice was per...

"Our stay in Nice was perfect - thanks for the excellent choice of the flat. The flat was very clean and cosy, it was comfortable with good facilities (Wifi, telephone, fully equipped kitchen etc.)The view of the balcony was charming and we spent time observing life of Nice.The traffic noice didn't disturb at all because of the new and good double-windows. The situation was splendid: a couple of minutes to the beach and the Promenade, very close to the Pedestrian street and not far from the old town. There were also nice restaurants, bakeries, markets and shops within a few minutes' walk. There is no car needed because the bus and tram stops were very close to the flat. By buses you can reach all the wonderful nearby villages easily and cheaply. And the owner, Maria, was so nice and friendly and gave us useful advice.Because of her, the comfortable flat and the lovely city of Nice we spent one of the most successful holidays ever. We highly recommend this flat."
