Nomad is quietly nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city in a typically Niçois building. Marble steps will take you to the 3rd floor where Nomad is located.

There is no lift.


Cool colours and understated furnishings – this home certainly reflects the owner’s love of style.

Discover an airy open-plan space decorated with a delicate colour palette, making for a soothing retreat from the busy city.

Parquet floors, an ornamental original fireplace, understated wooden table and soft blue chairs all complement the modern aesthetic of this quiet home. The gorgeously designed iron mirror adds new height to the room, already airy as the light floods in the tall French windows.

A plump sofa - with seating for 3 - waits for your comfort after a long day of exploring the city. It faces a large flat screen, which provides ambiance and entertainment, along with an integrated French cable, WiFi, and DVD wall mounted system.

A contemporary dining table – with seating for four- stands adjacent to a sleek kitchen island.


Illuminated by pendant lighting and a large window, it offers the perfect space for casual entertaining. Function, as well as style, is in the spotlight here. The gourmet kitchen is decorated in the same on-trend tones of grey as the living room – and is fully equipped too.

Find a full sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas hob with oven, and microwave.

Amenities in Nomad include a washing machine and tumble dryer. These can be found conveniently integrated in the large built-in wardrobe in the entrance hallway.


The master bedroom, with its ornate headboard, comfortable British Super King (180cm) and travel-inspired prints will entice the greatest nomads to settle for a night or two. This comfortable space enjoys bedside tables, overhead reading lamps, plush cushions and its very own TV. The long windows are edged by light red curtains, which add the perfect touch of colour to this otherwise natural toned room.

Find abundant wardrobe space and built-in wooden cabinetry both in the bedroom and the small hallway that leads to the en suite bathroom.

Next door, the twin bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) enjoys a similar tasteful setup with elegant headboards, wooden bedside tables, and ample storage space.


The main bathroom is at the end of the entrance hallway. Delightfully designer with its modern grey tiles, it enjoys a large walk-in shower, rain head, double sink, wall-mounted mirror and toilet.

The second en-suite bathroom, although slightly smaller – enjoys the same layout as the main bathroom, with a tasteful mosaic of grey and black tiles. IT has a walk-in shower, rain head, sink, mirror, and a toilet.

-- All of our apartments have a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, toiletries (including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion) and basic start up pack including toilet paper, bin bags, dishtowels, sponge, organic wine, etc.

-- Beach towels are available in apartment, but must be left clean, ready for the next guest. Otherwise, a supplement of 15€ per beach towel will be charged via credit card upon departure.

Fees No additional mandatory fees

Nightly rate is standard for 7 nights or more. When the stay is less than 7 days then the nightly price is higher in order to cover turnover costs of linens, cleans, supplies, and management. So a 1 night stay will be much higher per night, than a 6 night stay. But a 6 night stay will only be slightly higher than the normal per night stay for a week. This allows for the works to be covered, but as well allot something to the owner for the actual rental stay and their costs i.e. electricity,water, etc.

Please note that for stays under 7 nights we will have to manually edit the price before the booking is made. Please enquire first.

No security deposit is held on the Home Away platform. A 500€ security deposit is held on a valid credit card, directly by Sunlight Properties, upon arrival. Much like a hotel, the amount is held and not charged, unless damage is found upon departure.
By making a booking, you accept the Sunlight Properties terms and conditions.

Booking longer than 8 weeks ahead of stay, 25% non-refundable booking deposit required.
Booking under 8 weeks ahead of stay, Full Payment required (minus a cash arrival fee to be paid during handover of keys).
