About the property

Secluded and relaxed but yet only a 15 minute walk to the beach and promenade.

The accommodation is open plan, consisting of a lounge and dining area, a well equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

The master bedroom which is on the first floor has fully fitted wardrobes, its own en-suite and has a delightful private sun terrace that catches the morning sun. The second bedroom also on the first floor, it too has fully fitted wardrobes, its own shower room and a sun terrace overlooking the park at the rear of the property. The third bedroom is at the rear of the property on the ground floor and features fully fitted wardrobes and has its own shower room.

Outside to the front there is a covered veranda with table and chairs, where there is also a large private garden. The rear is fully paved; this is partially covered and has a table that seats 6 and Webber barbecue.

The house is fully Air-conditioned and tv and wifi are included. There is a large, very quiet, private pool and gardens – these are shared with the other 14 townhouses which make up the“Azaleas” Urbanisation.

Please no smoking inside the House.

The Villa is situated just off the main road so is away from the hustle and bustle and traffic noise it is a peaceful oasis - there are no buildings at the front - only the access road and a park at the rear. There is high hedging around the house and garden which provides a secure and private area with an electronic gate at the front.

An easy 2 minute walk will take you to the on a main road and a further 13 minutes will take you to the beach. Calpe is spread over a wide area and there is a lot of entertainment, bars and restaurants.

There are three separate "Blue Flag" beaches for you to enjoy, there are chairs and an umbrella at the house and are available for your use. There are three very good restaurants on the main road a 5 minute walk from the house, there are also 4 supermarkets within a 10 - 15 minute walk.
