Well appointed house situated in beautiful gardens with lovely clean pool area

  • 5 of 5

We've spent a relaxing 11 nights at this property with our 3 years old.

The well maintained grounds and pool area were the highlight for us, along with the patio where we bbqed most nights.

The property itself is clean and spacious.

A range of restaurants are within walking distance, as is the tomb of the kings which is worth a visit. The harbour area is around a 15 mins drive away with a regular bus service and ample free parking if you chose to hire a car.

Alex the owner was very helpful from the start and responded swiftly to resolve a replacement light switch.

The property lived up to our expectations.

  • 5 of 5

The property had everything you could possibly want and Alex and his Mum were very kind and helpful. Feetos the cab driver was also very helpful.

The weather was lovely with virtually no wind and just a gentle breeze in the evenings.

Perfect place to stay

  • 5 of 5

Our 2nd time in this property. The property is well-equipped and maintained. It is within easy access of central Paphos and well-served by regular bus routes. There are restaurants and shops within easy reach, and it is well- located for access to archaeological sites.

We used it as a holiday venue and also as a base to visit family.

Alex is always available for help and advice, providing excellent customer service.

Many thanks.

We will be back!

Lovely accommodation in a great location.

  • 5 of 5

We had a lovely fortnight in your town house, so great to be able to use patio area and walk a few steps in to one of the nicest pools we have ever used. Alex was very efficient and kept us fully informed at all times, recommending restaurants and things to do. We loved Tweedies a restaurant he uses which we feel was the best food in Pathos. We used the buses which are a short walk from the accommodation and also hired a car from Helen another bit of advice from Alex and drove to the Troodos mountains a lovely day out. If you do require a car they do collect you from the airport and visa versa something we didn't know. The other restaurants we loved were Muse which looks over Pathos and you can see the amazing sunset. Chloe's the Chinese and the local Indian about 5 minutes from accommodation and Duomo's on the Tomb of the Kings Rd opposite O'Neils bar.

Regarding the accommodation perfect location fully equipped and stocked with cleaning items and lots of toiletries.

The only suggestion I would give is to update the furniture as it is a little old but all was totally clean with lots of bedding and towels available.

Plus an information book would be helpful i.e explaining A/C what the extra taps in the kitchen were for plus general tips regarding Police and Ambulance numbers, local health centres and dentists. Luckily we needed none of these but feel it would be a good idea.

Thank you again for a wonderful relaxing holiday and we would love to return again very soon.

So glad you enjoyed your stay, We are currently in the process of updating bits and bobs in the house, time takes its toll when frequently used. Please accept my apologies for the lack of info regarding emergency services etc. There was a file containing all of the required info and numbers for guests to read, I worry it has been mislaid : ( In any case we welcome your notification and will make sure these subjects are rectified as soon as possible. you are welcome to stay at Regina at any time, it has been a pleasure. Kind Regards Alexander Hutchinson

House review

  • 5 of 5

My husband and myself stayed in this lovely house for a week in mid June. It is in an ideal spot in paphos with just a 5/10 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you one way to Paphos town and harbour (10 minutes) . The opposite way takes you to a lovely beach, Coral bay. It's 1.50 euros whichever way you travel. We didn't have a car and it was not a problem (we're in our 70's.). There is a Lidl nearby also a corner shop just near the house. (Sells everything)

Some restaurants within walking distance which were good. We tried Joanna's e.g. (opposite the Venus beach hotel) also Karlina's,bit further along Tombs of the Kings Rd so we got a taxi. (Reasonable)

We found the house to be very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Air conditioning throughout plus ceiling fans kept us cool as it was HOT! Well stocked book shelves by the way. The large lounge has TV and DVD player with a selection of dvd's. CD player also with a selection of music. Two large sofa beds etc. The lounge opens to the gorgeous shaded patio area, lovely to sit out and have breakfast. (Very private) Sun beds, barbecue as well. The little pathway leads down to the huge pool (various depths.). There's also a large 'baby pool.' The gardens and trees are well kept, pool areas very clean.

Shower room plus toilet on ground floor is very handy. Bathroom with shower over bath and plenty of hot water as you need it.

Two large bedrooms each with twin beds. Plenty of storage space plus plenty of hangers. Main bedroom with balcony overlooking the pool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and look forward to returning soon.

Paphos is full of history, amazing sites and things to do. It is the hub of Cyprus when it comes to heritage as well as tradition.

As a family we have enjoyed everything from taking time to discover the stunning mosaics next to lighthouse beach ( only 1km away ) to taking a stroll around the tombs of the kings to see the resting places of key figures and warriors thousands of years ago ( 0.5 km away ).

The harbour is a great place to visit with tasty eateries and tavernas serving fresh fish. We like to grab a bite to eat and then have a walk along to the ancient fort to see the dungeon before a pint to watch the sunset and laugh at the pelicans ( they're huge !! ). The harbour is about 1.5 km away from Regina. Coral bay is always a good option for a lazy beach day and a paddle, especially as you can walk so far out and the warm sea is still up to your belly. We sometimes catch the bus which is 3 minutes walk to catch and only takes 15 minutes. Tombs of the kings road has plenty of restaurants and bars including FAT MAMMAS which is definitely worth a visit for a great fun night with good food and entertainment ( good times : ).
