Beach haven on Easdale
Home from home, the island of Easdale, accessible by boat only(no cars on island) is a gorgeous place to holiday with relaxation and outdoor activities close by. The house is extremely well equipped to cook whatever you want. Only one bathroom plus an ensuite toilet, however big enough for a group of 8 as room sizes are huge with 4 bedrooms. The house itself is quaint with shabby chic touches with amazing views right onto sea, plenty of seating area and a great kitchen seating area also with views of the sea. The trip over by boat is an added experience, don't worry about all your baggage that needs taking over, very jolly and helpful sailors ( Tomo). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with teenagers and a younger child, plus dog. Thanks for letting us experience a very different way of life on the island.

Wonderful house with fantastic views in idyllic location
Really well appointed house with great views from all rooms. We just never got bored of looking out to the islands which looked different every time bVery homely and tasteful with lots of crockery etc. Good facilities such as tumble dryer and ample hanging space for wet clothes and coats. Easdale is magical with the diving pools and the Puffer pub but most importantly no cars! It really is a bit of paradise in Scotland. Would absolutely recommend.

Great experience at the island
After a fascinating two weeks round trip through Scotland we spent another week in "AN LIONADH" to relax and get inspired from the island. It was a great time there. From all the windows at kitchen and sitting room you have a great sea view! It doesn't matter if sun is shining or it is raining, we have enjoyed very much. Don´t miss to have a walk around the island, enjoy setting of the sun up the hill, have a coffee at the islands cafe or eat Cullen skink in the bar of Seil! It is a pitty, we did not see any dolphins or whales. Therefore we have seen a lot of "creative flying seagulls"...

Great house with amazing views
We had a fantastic break in Easdale - 4 adults and 9 kids. The house had plenty of space for us all, with plenty of games and DVDs to keep us occupied if we ever got sick of looking at the stunning view (which we didn't). Great communication from the host too. Will be back!

We have a small self catering rental company with properties on the Island of Mull and Edinburgh as well as on Easdale. We also hire out Camper Vans and hot tubs on the Isle of Mull, where we live.

Why they chose this property

The house is spacious, has wonderful sea views and has a large garden with steps leading to your own stoney beach which shines with fools gold.

What makes this property unique

The island is unique as it has no roads, and no cars, so you can enjoy the peace and your kids can roam safely. The islanders are wonderful and the Puffer Bar and the museum are a must! It is a very friendly island, a haven for children.
Cars are left in the car park at Ellenabeich, come over on the foot ferry and transport your luggage to the house using the islanders method of transport, a wheel barrow! Enjoy the peace and quiet that having no cars creates.
