It is situated in an exclusive gated community consisting of just 10 townhouses overlooking the beautiful pool and gardens. It has a spacious terrace with comfortable covered seating and a large dining table for 8 people, there is outside lighting and elegant rolling blinds which extend to create a private and intimate space to relax in the evening all in its own small private garden. The master bedroom has a small seated balcony overlooking the pool and a large en-suite bathroom. Large second bathroom shared between second and third bedrooms. Air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with all modern facilities including washing machine. It has a spacious lounge and a large dining area. The urbanisation is gated with entry phone, electric doors for vehicle entrance and parking for 2 cars outside the house. Alarm and security grills. It is 5 mins drive, 20mins walking (1km) from the beach and shops, bars, restaurants and supermarket. Cabopino beach resort is 5 mins drive and Puerto Banus and Marbella are 10 mins. Communal pool.

A home from home - but more luxurious!

The communication with Jules (the owner) was first class. I had lots of (I'm sure silly) questions, but Jules always came back with a really informative reply. The house is so comfortable and spacious. It has everything you need. The wifi and Sky TV spot on for my 20 and 16 year old Son's. The pool area is quiet and has comfortable sun loungers and optional umbrella's. Not too quiet, I didn't feel awkward when 2 teenage boys start playing pool football. Air conditioning really efficient. The outside private patio is so wonderful. Large table for eating, BBQ and outside, very comfortable sofas and chairs. The location for us was perfect. It is situated in a quiet, upmarket area away from any noise. It's a gentle stroll down the hill to lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets (10-15 mins), or 2 mins in the car. I enjoyed walking back after food as it's not a steep hill. The beach was another 10-15 mins walk from there. A few restaurants and bars along the different beaches. We would definately come back here.

Excellent choice, secure & beautifully maintained

Listing accurate - this property is near to lots of lovely restaurants, beach and golf. At the same time the place is really secure, very modern, spacious and clean with a lovely pool. The gated community provides an excellent holiday location in the area - we really enjoyed being with our friends in a home-from-home environment. Lovely big rooms (including the bathrooms) and a great layout for outdoor meals.

A fabulous comfortable well equipped

I visited with 2 friends for a week. The house was extremely comfortable and very well equipped. Local supermarkets were close by and also local bars and restaurants. We preferred to eat by the beach as the weather was so fab so would drive down ( 5 mins) and leave the car getting a taxi back ( 5-9 euros) and then have a pleasant 20 minute walk downhill in the morning ( coffee and pastries en route) to collect the car.

We visited Marbella old town (20 mins away) and Mijas ( 30 mins) both fab.

The pool at the house is fabulous and we only ever saw 1 or 2 other people using it and never at the same time as ourselves.

A tremendous and very relaxing holiday.

Super spacious villa near Santa Maria Golf Course

We spent 5 weeks in February/March in this lovely spacious villa in a secure gated 10 house complex. The house is peaceful and far away from the bustle, but near enough to all the restaurants, bars and supermarkets, and of course, the super Santa Maria Golf Club. There is a great selection of restaurants in Elviria centre, including Spanish, Italian,Thai, Indian, Steak and Pizza. We often walked down (10 minutes downhill) and caught a taxi back.

The accommodation itself has everything you need (and more, including 2 half sets of golf clubs) The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed a wonderful wood fire on the cooler evenings in February. Even though it was Feb/March, we often sat around the gated pool and had lovely sunny lunches at the many beach restaurants, our favourite being Carlos and Paula's We cannot wait to return in November.
