Situated on the Casas del Sol complex with two bedrooms both with recently installed efficient remote controlled air conditioning (coin operated) which can also heat as well (rarely needed)1 twin 1 double.Reception will take care of you on arrival and provide the linen and cleaning throughout your stay and help with any queries. Ample storage and hangers. Bathroom with corner shower and washing machine. Spacious well furnished lounge with pull out sofa bed. Dedicated WiFi, Freeview Internet TV with all Sky HD channels,all UK ,BT sport,Being, etc, etc and all language channels, DVD/CD player 40" wall mounted flat screen TV Well fitted kitchen area including m'wave, fridge, hob and full size oven. Private, spacious, furnished patio area,south facing sun trap,excellent private sunbathing.Key operated safe, hairdryers, iron.Just across the road you will find the Spar supermarket,several bars,Indian restaurant,Italian restaurant and Popeyes sports bar and late night live music Irish Anvil bar.Further into town left at the harbour about 20 min walk there is that Papagayo centre with Irish bars,cocktail bars and very late night bars,fish and chips,Burger King.

Further along is the Marina, bit quieter but worth a visit,market is on Saturdays I believe

Why Owner / Manager chose Playa Blanca - Yaiza

Excellent central location close to the harbour provides easy walking to all the shops, restaurants and bars in Playa Blanca. Flamingo beach is a 10 minute walk along the fabulous promenade, Dorada Beach 15 minutes in the other direction through the town. The marina area is another 5 minutes on from there. You can continue on to the Papagayo beaches for a more secluded, relaxed environment. All in all if you want a long or short walk there is plenty to explore on foot or you can hire bikes for a longer challenge.

What makes this bungalow unique

Lovely, well maintained complex with beautiful shrubs and flowers along the walkways and between bungalows. Spacious pool area.

Very good value accommodation. All facilities exactly as described. Excellent location.

We have stayed on the excellent Casas del Sol complex before but this was our first visit to No 7a.

We were not disappointed. The accommodation compared favourably with all the other bungalows that we have used on this complex. Situated on the edge of the complex, we noticed a main road in close proximity but were not troubled by road noise.

The wi-fi connection to the bungalow's own service was excellent as was the range of television channels. CDs and DVDs also available in the bungalow but we did not use them. Air conditioning fully functional in both bedrooms and available for use on a coin operated pay as you go basis.

Local SPAR supermarket a five minute walk away. The shop is very well stocked with everything that you could want to support whatever level of self catering you choose to adopt. In addition, there are a plethora of restaurants within a ten minute stroll of the bungalow. These establishments offer reasonably priced service from breakfast to dinner to suit most tastes.

The bungalow patio is a sun trap, so the two very comfortable loungers were very popular with us. We also made use of the communal pool area on the complex, a two minute stroll from the bungalow.

We will happily stay there again!!

Our stay in villa 7A Casa Del Sol

We have just returned from a very relaxing 5 weeks in villa 7A. We found the villa very comfortably furnished and well equipped both in the villa and on the terrace.

The site is beautifully kept with excellent pool. The position of Casa Del Sol is very convenient for the town and the Spar shop is just across the road from 7A. The staff on site were helpful in every way. We have booked another 5 weeks in 2018.

Relaxed convenience.

We have stayed at Casas del Sol before and been very impressed. It is so well kept and it is the most convenient resort for the town. Only complaint would be the temperature of the pool! This time we were in 7a which was excellent. So well equipped and with very comfortable beds and furniture. We thought the road might

be a bit noisy but it was not a problem at all. We will hope to return.

lovely location

The villa was lovely lots of towel changes, very private. The only complaints was the cutlery and crockery need a good clean and the apartment was damp.
