Apartment 4 - sleeps 6/8, first floor, 1 double en-suite with king-size bed & access to patio with sea view, 2nd family bedroom with double plus full adult size bunks. There is a full size double sofa bed in the lounge which closes off to make a 3rd bedroom, there is the option for an additional Z-bed for separate sleeping should it be for 2 adults. There is also a large family bathroom. With a private entrance to the gardens you can access its own large patio. The living/dining area & main bedroom with private patio overlook Woolacombe beach in North Devon.

Open plan living - with views of the beach from the lounge and dining areas, stylish leather sofas, LCD flat screen TV, Freesat, DVD, S/Sound. High spec. fully kitted out Kitchen including dishwasher and washer/dryer. Both bedrooms have LCD flat screen TV with Freesat.

Digitally controlled central heating as our self catering apartments are available for holiday all year. There is private parking and a security intercom entrance to the apartment.

On site is a 6 person Steam Room with shower, secure surf wet/dry store, purpose built BBQ's and furnished patios plus a massive communal garden all with amazing full-length beach views.

Southover Self Catering Apartments are ideally situated for dog owners who like to explore North Devon's coastline. Many beaches allow dogs onto them with certain restrictions. We are a pet friendly establishment and will accept well behaved dogs and small caged animals in certain suitable units with prior agreement.

Woolacombe Bay. Surfers are out all year riding the breakers of the Atlantic Ocean. Watched over by lifeguards in the summer season, bathing and swimming is safe between the flags. Avoid swimming at low tide and near the few rocks toward the north of Woolacombe beach. The surf at Woolacombe helps make Woolacombe Bay such a fantastic North Devon holiday attraction. It is known world-wide, suitable for both the experienced surfer and the beginner. Surfing lessons are available through our surf coach for Woolacombe Surf School. Kite surfing & kite boarding have recently become extremely popular at Woolacombe Bay due to the expanse of soft sand and prevailing wind conditions.

Arrival/Change over days are Mondays & Fridays for weekly bookings.
Our short breaks - Weekends run from Fri 4pm to late Sun or Mon 10am 2/3 nights inclusive and Midweeks run Mon 4pm to Fri 10am 4 nights inclusive (4 nights midweek /same price as 2/3 nights weekend). However in low season we can consider variations on this!
We will require a completed booking form which will include listing of all guests names, vehicle registrations etc.
We ask for no damage deposit, however we will require a card swipe just like you would provide a hotel.
Extras - Z-Bed - £10, Cot & Baby bath - £10, High chair - £5. Dog charge - £15.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
