Perfect for enjoying the sand dunes and beaches, the very best on the Costa Del Sol stretching for several miles, being wide and un-crowded. Cabopino Port is a stylish marina less than 10 minutes stroll away and offers a great selection of bars and restaurants where you can wind down and watch the boats sail in and out.

Completely refurbished this spring the decor and furnishings in this villa are clean, airy and modern with a luxurious feel. A superb value villa that sleeps 8 people comfortably with a total of 4 bedrooms: 3 King size rooms, 2 en suite, 1 with twin single beds. The master bedroom has a floor to itself, ensuite shower room and a large private balcony with views of the sea. The lounge dining room is spacious and bright with an adjoining modern open plan kitchen. The villa has a well-kept, private, South facing garden. There is some noise from the road on the north side but the villas double glazing means this does not intrude inside and the location of the garden is well placed.

The villa gets the sun all day long. The lush green garden makes a great place to sunbathe in the day, have a barbecue in the evening and relax at any hour.

With facilities all around you can enjoy in golfing and windsurfing, a boat trip or just football and volleyball on the beach.

Marbella is a short drive away. The nearest airport is Malaga Airport, 21 miles from the property. There is a Pharmacy very nearby.

Bargain for the size and standard of villa

When we arrived we were a bit unsure because it's quite close to a busy road and doesn't look very big, but when we got inside - wow! Enormous place with double glazing so very quiet inside and a massive beautiful garden which is very well kept. Looked like the place was brand new - all very shiny and everything you could want. Kids had their own bathrooms, we had our own floor and balcony. Locality is great. Had a fantastic week. Owner was lovely so all-in-all a great holiday
