Spacious 1st floor, 2 bedroom apartment, with accommodation for 7 people

Casa Christina is a modern light and airy, first floor family apartment located on Javea's popular Arenal beach area only a 1 minute walk to the lively bars, restaurants, nightclubs and attractions, and access to Javea's famous 'Chiringuitos' (Beach bars) only a short 15 minute walk. The apartment enjoys views of the beautiful communal pool and gardens from the large terrace. The apartment is made up of 2 double bedroom with the flexibility to split the double bed into 2 singles in the master, in addition the main living area has a comfortable sofa bed with an option to sleep 3 extra adults with lounge seating across 3 sofas. The apartment also benefits from a large, well equipped kitchen, open plan dining area and lounge and a separate bathroom suite. The 37" flat screen TV has a full Sky TV package and full free of charge use of secure Wi-Fi for all guests. The apartment entrance is protected with door intercom and has a lift to all floors; the terrace enjoys al fresco dining for 6 with wonderful views of the garden and pool.

An additional folding single bed is also available.

Portable air-conditioning is available on request.

Perfect location. Great apartment.

Very well resourced apartment. Everything you could need. Home from home. Perfect distance from beach, supermarket and restaurants/bars. We were worried it would be a bit noisy, our boys are 10 and 11, but you really couldn't hear a thing unless sat on the balcony. We would definitely choose to stay here again. Louise was really helpful both before we arrived and after we were in resort. Great resort and perfect apartment.
