Beautiful 3 Bedroomed Town House with amazing views, Private Pool, Air Con.

This 3 Bedroomed Beautiful Town House is in a great location, less than a 10 minute drive to Javea & Moraira, it is on 3 levels, on the top level is the Kitchen, Lounge, Dining area, and WC, on the second level are 2 Double Bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms, on the lower level is a double bedroom with en suite which has just been refurbished, to access this lower level bedroom you have to use the external stairs,outside there is a BBQ and dining area, private pool with lots of terrace space. There is also a lovely seated chill out area. The villa has air con and wifi. The villa also has beautiful panoramic views from its large roof terrace.. There is private parking for 1 car, and additional road side parking.


The town of Benitachell is beautifully located in a rolling landscape of the Costa Blanca . You can take a walk through the typical narrow Spanish streets and visit the church Iglesia de Santa María Magdalena, a building of architectural value, is an absolute ‘must’.

MORAIRA - is a small Spanish coastal town, part of Teulada. Moraira’s historic roots as a fishing village are still in evidence; its fish market is one of the most popular in the Costa Blanca region and the port still fishing boats in operation. The Moraira region is also famous for the growing of Moscatel grapes for wine-making. It has a privately owned marina operated by Club Náutico Moraira. Moraira is also seen as a culinary destination, with many restaurants. Moraira has three sandy beaches popular with families, and many rocky coves and inlets frequented by snorkelers and scuba divers.

JAVEA -is divided into three main areas, 'The Old town' which oozes ancient flavour and it is both rustic and monumental. 'The Port' born as a fishing community. A stroll through the port can be a delight if taken in the afternoon with the arrival of the fishing boats or in the early dusky evening when you can savour the maritime landscape next to the beach. The 'Arenal' with its family friendly sandy beach and promenade offers a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants.

We were a family of 2 adults and 3 children. Our kids are 18, 16 and 14! Absolutely loved the apartment and the service from the people who rent it out was superb. Extremely friendly, helpful and I would highly recommend. You really need a car in this area - it's fine to walk to the shops etc but bear in mind you'll have to walk up hill all the way back and it's not pleasant in the heat! Amazing views and the apartment is wonderful. We loved our stay in Benitachell and would like to return. I was under the impression that the property would be cleaned after the first week but this is at an extra cost of €60. The other thing that was a little misleading was the air conditioning - it does have it but you have to pay for it. Not a big deal but you do need to be prepared to put some money in the metre. Our 18 year old enjoyed his time in the downstairs bedroom however, we did not have a spare key to get in if there was a problem. You need to enter and exit via the outside so it's not suitable for anyone with young children. Overall I would highly recommend this house to anyone - wonderful views, area, communication with the people who rent - I would definitely like to return in the near future!

We stayed at the property for 15 nights,it was easier than I thought to find,on first impressions it is actually better than the pictures,much more cozy and comfortable,the property has everything you need and more,the views are fantastic,you feel so far away from it all,yet so close,you have Javea and Moraira both around 10 mins away,if you wanted to leave the car at home,you could go to either of these towns for just under 15 euros,in a taxi.and the supermarket is like 3 minutes away in the car,we had a lovely time here,I would not hesitate in recommending this house,beautiful fantastic holiday,wish I was still there.

fantastic townhouse

the property was even better than we anticipated, it exceeded our expectations everything you could wish for, great location,clean, plenty of room inside and outside, the pool / BBQ area even better than we imagined , luxury sunbeds and garden furniture, the house is in a great location and views overlooking mountains , close to supermarket , restaurants , bars , and only 10 / 15 min drive down to the beach where there are restaurants and bars in abundance. the beach is very clean and also plenty of shops to browse around , we went in many restaurants and bars and enjoyed them all . we will no question be going back because there is so much more we could have done but did not have the time, we have stayed in many villas in our time and this townhouse is up there with the best, would recommend it to all my family and friends. and if you like golf there are a few course nearby. ah bliss.

This Beautiful Town House with amazing views is in a great location, there is a Large Supermarket, Mas Y Mas only a 2 minute drive away ,, Javea and Moraira are only a very short car drive away. And there are lots of bars and restaurants all within a very short drive away.
