Comfortable and clean accommodation

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment had everything we needed and was lovely and cool on the hottest days. The garden, secure storage for our bikes and access to the beautiful pool were great bonuses too. The accommodation was beautifully clean and Madame Renard was extremely friendly and very hospitable, our only regret was that our French language skills were not as they were before covid, so we were sorry that we could not converse well. A very relaxing and enjoyable stay in a great location

A very well equipped comfortable house. Very clean with everything you need. The garden was lovely.

We had a lovely situation by the cornfields outside Montrichard. The house stayed cool even in very hot weather. It was very still and quiet. We heard the owls every evening. The cottage was thoughtfully supplied, including the little things you would need, such as coffee filters, matches, washing tablets, and so on. It was well placed for visits to Chambord, Amboise, Chenonceau and St Aignan, and Tours. Our only reservation was about the request for a 200 euro deposit, which came at the last minute. This was a lot of money to be without during our week's stay. It was handed back on the last day before we left. Anybody takng this property to see Loire et Cher, and visit the chateaux, would be very pleased that they had made an excellent choice . So many thanks.

Lovely week in the Loir Et Cher.

The apartment in the attic level of the cottage was clean, comfortable and adequately equipped. The rear access to the property required climbing steps to the upper level, we had no access from the front of the property. This would make the property unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. We spent our evenings sitting in the lovely garden which is very tranquil as are the immediate surroundings. The property is ideally located for visiting not only the numerous chateaus in the area but the dozens of small villages and towns that are well worth exploring and of course the regions vineyards. Overall the property was very good value for money and we would not hesitate to return.

Super séjour !

Le logemet est trés bien équipé et la piscine est trés bien (confort et sécurité) De plus le logement est bien situé, au calme et proche de beaucoup de lieux à visiter. Nous avons passé une trés bonne semaine. Je recommande !

Guter Ausgangspunkt für eine Burgentour an der Loire.

Da wir im Inserat keine Hausnummer gefunden hatten, war es eine kleine Rätselaufgabe, das richtige Haus zu finden. Die nette Vermieterin wartete bereits am Haus. Die Einrichtung war schlicht aber ausreichend. Mit Händen und Handy hat sich dann auch die Kommunikation geklappt. Als verwöhnte Großstädter weckte das WLAN Erinnerungen an die alten Modem-Zeiten. Die Lage war ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung mit vielen Schlössern und ein Supermarkt 400 Meter ganz in der Nähe. Für die ganze Familie war es rundum ein schöner Urlaub.
