About the property

Sleeps up to 6. This very spacious 110m2 T2 apartment is located in the highly sought after central apartment blocks (Block 40) within the popular Parque de Corcovada development.

It offers two double/twin bedrooms: one master with balcony and en suite; the other with adjacent shower room. The bedrooms can be configured as 2 twin beds or one Super King bed to suit guest requirements. A further 2 guests can be accommodated on the sofa-bed in the open-plan living/dining area. The living room opens onto a south-facing balcony, overlooking the landscaped gardens and two pools: a large adult and a smaller children’s pool. The garden and pool area provide a tranquil space to relax, sunbathe, and take a dip. Loungers, parasols, and pool showers, are provided free of charge; Please bring your own beach towels.

The apartment has a modern fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, induction hob, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. A washer/dryer, and iron & ironing board, allow you to freshen up your wardrobe mid-stay.

The apartment has air-conditioning throughout, along with wi-fi internet, a TV, Cable TV (IPTV with full UK, Ireland TV plus Sky Sports & Movies and European Sports) and a DVD Player. A small library of books and DVDs are available for guests to borrow and/or swap. Similarly, there are some inflatable toys/rings/airbeds that can be used in the pools. High-chairs and cots can be arranged (payable locally).

There is plenty of parking immediately outside the apartment.

The whole apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. The apartment is on the first floor and can be accessed by lift and stairs.

Our friendly English-speaking agent has an office within Parque de Corcovada and is available to provide help and assistance throughout your stay. They will meet you on arrival and familiarise you with the apartment and Parque de Corcovada development.

Although we have stated a 11am check-out and a 4pm check-in, where possible we can accommodate late departures or early arrivals.

Parque de Corcovada is located on the boundary of central Albufeira and the quiet suburb of Montechoro. The apartment is within ten minutes’ walk from ‘The Strip’ and all it has to offer (restaurants, bars and shops), but far enough away from the bustle and the noise. The north, and more quiet, part of ‘The Strip’ is in Montochoro and there are plenty of restaurants here too.

Within a 5 minute drive/taxi you reach the Old Town, the Praia do Túnel (Peneco) beach and Praia da Oura beach.

There is plenty of parking just outside the apartment block and taxis are readily available throughout Albufeira. There are a number of bus stops at the entrance to Parque de Corcovada connecting to the local area and tourist attractions throughout the Algarve.

Airport transfers can be arranged (payable locally).

We have rented at Parque de Corcovada a number of times, but never seemed able to book an apartment in the more popular central blocks (Blocks 38-40) so when one came up for sale, it was an easy decision to make.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is in the central section of blocks away from any roads or noise to give a peaceful and tranquil environment. Easy access to the blocks pools and gardens and the short walk to the busy Albufeira nightlife make this location ideal for all types of holidaymakers.
