This 2nd-floor apartment is beautifully situated a short distance from the centre Torrevieja, and walking distance to a selection of beaches, bars, restaurants and shopping, the bright apartment has all mod cons. 2 bedrooms, including a double and 2 singles. The sitting room can be used as optional sleeping. The compact kitchen/bar has all required to self-cater. The balcony is ideal for relaxing in the warm evenings with a glass of local Spanish wine.

This beautiful apartment is situated not too far and within walking distance from the sunny coast, it’s a fresh, bright and clean property, situated on the 2nd floor of a well-managed apartment block. It has many facilities within walking distance, shopping and supermarkets, pubs, bars and restaurants. It is approximately 2km from the centre of Torrevieja.

What makes this apartment unique

Costa Blanca/Torrevieja originally and to some extent is a fishing village and is a working town with many original habitant’s still living here. With a more cosmopolitan feel to it, it offers a great opportunity for visitors to experience the Spanish culture as the area regularly celebrates many of its festivals. (Fiestas) throughout the year. In the Marina, there are still families who continue to fish and supply to the local restaurants. There are several plazas, where the locals sit and enjoy the freshly made tapas and chilled beers, and lounge in the beautiful sunshine. There are theatres, and museums and a stunning walk along the sea front that goes for miles. There is a market along the way and Torrevieja hosts every Friday one of the biggest street markets on the coast, selling all sorts of food/and goods.

The apartment is perfectly situated, walking distance from some beautiful beaches and 2km to the centre of Torrevieja. Torrevieja offers many attractions, Theatres, cinema, shopping and fabulous restaurants. The area has several bus loops that can take you around the town. There are many taxi services. The Marina and port of Torrevieja is amazing and home to many bars and restaurants.

Excellent apartment

We really had an amazing stay here. The apartment was perfect in every way, including the location. The balcony made a perfect spot to enjoy our breakfasts from and the apartment was so accessible to local shops and short walk from the beach.

I really can not recommend this apartment as anything else but perfect and at a very reasonable price.

We really cant wait to come back and relax here again. Thank you for such a memorable holiday
