Located in a quiet location but close to all amenities, ideal for families

Excellent second floor apartment, built in 2003. Minutes from a wide sandy beach, fronted by a new promenade. Shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, taxis - all within a few minutes walk. There are swimming and paddling pools in the complex.It is a quiet location, near La Colina/behind Playamar beach. We have air conditioning/heating; there are lifts and for those who hire a car there is a private underground parking space as well as ample roadside parking. The apartment is located in a green zone with a nine hole golf course newly opened immediately behind. This is an ideal family location and we have many satisfied visitors who are happy to return again.

There are three bedrooms: master bedroom with a super king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. there are two twin rooms and a separate shower room. all bedrooms have large built in wardrobes and drawers. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a separate laundry room. We provide a travel cot and high chair for those with very young children. The apartment is located in a very pleasant Spanish family area with local school and amenities very close by.

Why Roselyn Ward chose West Costa del Sol

I bought this apartment as a home for my retirement as it is spacious, well located and has elevators, beautiful gardens and swimming pools. I even have access to a gym and tennis to keep me fit! Beautifully fitted with built in wardrobes and all kitchen comforts, it is easy to manage and enjoy. The great sunshine and temperatures, and the wonderful mountain scenery in the region was a great attraction. Being located so close to Malaga airport, it is only minutes away in a taxi. With underground garaging as well, the perfect location for family to visit from elsewhere in Europe. Perfection.

The complete apartment

We were a party of 6(3 generations) had everything we needed and more 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, large kitchen, utility room, large balcony overlooking the pool area. All aspects maintained to a high quality. Ten minutes walk to beach, supermarkets great restaurants bars and railway station(10 minutes journey to airport). Roselyn the owner very friendly & helpful as was local agent. Highly recommended.

Home from Home!

Lovely spacious apartment which has everything you need over looking gardens and pool. The three bedrooms are all very good sizes and the two bathrooms made life so much easier than having everyone queuing for the same bathroom. The dishwasher and washing machine were a God send and English TV and Wifi all made it feel like home from home. There are a number of shops and bars all within easy walking distance, as well as the beach which also has some great bars and restaurants, we enjoyed some beautiful meals out in the evenings. The bus and trains were all within walking distance and we had some fantastic shopping trips to Plaza Major (shoppers paradise), which is only 5 minutes by train. All in all a very enjoyable holiday and would highly recommend to anyone planning to visit the area.

A great stay in a great flat

Third time i rent this flat, the pools are very nice, the flat is well furnished, brand new washing mashine and dish washer !!

Fantastic Apartment close to all local amenities

Stayed in this apartment for 11 days. The apartment was spotlessly clean and Roselyn the owner has thought of everything within the apartment that we needed to enjoy our stay. The kids enjoyed the TV system in the lounge and also going out for a swim whilst the adults relaxed on the balcony overlooking the lovely pool and gardens. The area is nice and quiet and it was just over 5 minutes walk to the beachfront. A big thank-you Roselyn for all your help and also to David for meeting & greeting and showing us around the apartment as we arrived after midnight due to a late flight. We hope to return to Torremolinos and stay with you again.

Excellent apartment, ideal for families, no need for car.

An excellent apartment with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. The apartment is situated in a quiet area of town yet within 10 minutes easy walk of the train station at La Colina or to the taxi rank at Playamar. Between 5 and 10 minutes easy walk away are several large supermarkets, numerous restaurants and the main promenade.

Unfortunately our late flight meant we did not arrive until midnight, this caused no bother as we were met by David who was very friendly. All communication with Roselyn, the owner, was first class. The apartment was clean and very well maintained. We were extremely grateful for all the English TV channels as the weather was the dreadful- it rained on 5 consecutive days! We know this was extreme weather and will be back next year to look for the sun.

Excellent apartment

Fantastic large apartment, great view over the pool and down towards the beach. Great location, just a 5/10 minute walk to the beach.

The apartment had all the amenities you would need, the bedrooms were large with plenty of storage space. Large balcony with seating provided.

Pool area was lovely and well maintained.

Overall a brilliant holiday, I would definitely stay here again

Just 10 minutes taxi ride from Malaga airport and a ten minute walk away from the nearest coastal line railway station, and just over a kilometre to the nearest motorway junction.

Everything is on the doorstep: no need for a car. Minutes from a really great beach with areas of palm trees and friendly beach bars and eating places. The local supermarkets are excellent. There is a railway station close by as well as taxis and buses. The tourist information centre is a short walk down the promenade, providing information on the plentiful things to do in the area: aquaparks, local trips to beauty spots such as the caves at Nerja, visits to the Pablo Picasso museum in Malaga, or even a trip to the Alhambra palace. There is a 9 hole golf course and academy straight across the road - it is the view from the kitchen window!

A supplement is made for heating or air-conditioning depending on the season if the usage exceeds 50kw per week of metered use. There is an easy to read meter to allow you to monitor use.
Discounts can be offered for longer stays (over two weeks) depending on season.
The owner is not present at the location but there a local agent available to meet you and provide a tour of the accommodation on arrival, and during your stay is your contact for any maintenance issues that may arise.

A deposit is required to secure the dates: usually 20 to 25% depending on season. A security deposit is also required which is paid at the same time as the balance which is requested approx six weeks before arrival. The security deposit is refunded after the post stay checks are made.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
