Refurbished in March 2015 this one bedroom apartment is ideally located in the centre of Los Cristianos in a residential complex just 50m from the main promenade where you will find bars, restaurants, shops, coffee shops, banks, pharmacies.

It is also only 100m away from the main square in Los Cristianos where you will find additional shops, a church, taxi rank etc.

200m away you will find the Harbbour, where you can take boat trips to visit other islands in this fabulous archipelago.

The nearest supermarket is just 200 yards away, ideal for popping in every day if you need to.

The beaches located off the promenade provide water sports such as kayaking, pedalos, parasailing, paddle boarding, scuba diving etc.

There is also a bus stop nearby where you can also pick up excursion buses for trips to other attractions on the Island such as Siam Park, one of the biggest Waterparks in Europe.

The block has 2 lifts, a beautifully maintained large pool and sunbathing area with sunbeds provided for guests together with a large private parking area.

The apartment is situated on the 4th floor and from the lounge balcony you can enjoy a glass of wine with views to the pool and ocean.

The separate kitchen has a window and all the utilities and appliances you will need during your stay.

The bathroom has a shower, bidet, wash hand basin and toilet together with a washing machine.

We provide a satellite television system which includes an IP TV system with an abundance of English TV channels, including UK sports and children channels.

The free private WI-FI internet connection is fibre optic and provides the fastest WI-FI on the island.

About The Owner

I am a family man and a genuine person with a happy disposition. I have a passion for sport, particularly triathlons, cycling and Pilates. I enjoy a healthy lifestyle.

I have lived in Tenerife since 1987 and have an excellent knowledge of the Island with many local contacts. I am therefore able to provide you with plenty of ideas and information on excursions to the historic and beautiful places the Island has to offer, I can also provide information on the best local restaurants, other tourist attractions, local transport etc.

I am of Italian nationality and therefore speak fluent Italian and Spanish and also speak English and French.

My main priority is that you are happy and comfortable and that you create some unforgettable memories of your holiday in Tenerife. Therefore, if you need any advice or assistance I am available to you 24 hours a day. Please don’t hesitate to contact me, even for the little things, nothing is too much trouble.

Why The Owner chose Los Cristianos

My property has an idyllically location! it's in the heart of the famous tourist city "Los Cristianos" just 100 meters away from the promenade and the harbour beach. It also remains only 10 minutes walking away from Las Vistas beach and the well known San Telmo shopping centre.

I have completely refurbished the flat in 2014 so all water pipes and the electrical circuit are new in accordance with Europeans Laws. The flat also enjoy a fibre optic internet connection and the TV receives the following UK channels: BBC1, BBC2, BBC Parliament, BBC5, BBC News, CHANNEL 4, CHANNEL 5, 5 STAR, E 4, CBS Drama, ITV1, ITV2, ITV3, ITV4, MORE 4 and ABC News.

Great property in the best location

Just got back from an amazing two weeks staying in Fabios apartment. Our first impressions on walking into the apartment was WOW! It's bright, spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Including a modern washing machine and fast wifi that never failed. The sun was on the pool area from about 9.30am until about 5pm and it was always quiet and peaceful. And best of all there was no need to rush and reserve sun beds! We got the impression that most of the apartments were occupied by people that worked during the day or elderly people that didn't use the pool area much.

Only being a couple of minutes walk from either the beach or the Church Square everything that Los Cristianos has to offer is on your door step. There are a couple of supermarkets on the next street and the popular English bar, Churchills, is just round the corner on the way to the beach.

We definitely recommend it for somewhere for couples to stay and hope to return soon ourselves. Fabio was very helpful & informative, a real gent and the perfect host!

Excellent location, all amenities close by. Apartment perfectly adequate for our needs.

We have just returned from a 3 week stay at Crisol Apartment. We enjoyed our stay very much & will hopefully return soon. Fab, Fab, Fabio - a lovely man & a man of integrity. His apartment has everything you need, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine & English TV. Also a big 5ft bed & comfortable large bed settee. Plenty of hot water for showering, plus towels, bedding, beach towels, hairdryer, ironing board & iron. Also a quiet location.

Great apartment, everything provided. Great location

This was a great apartment in a residential complex, and while the building and pool area are a bit dated, everything was spotless and regularly maintained. The apartment has everything you could need, along with plenty of towels and bed linen. Fabio could not be nicer or more helpful.

Close to beach and the Old town..you won't be disappointed. Very quiet complex.

A very clean, quiet, modern property
