About this property

Over the years, we had the chance to help our guests make memories for a lifetime while they enjoyed the Clearwater area and our condo.

The condo is located at the second (top) floor in a quiet area. Renovated and tastefully decorated, it features a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with european shower, washer and dryer, a large walk-in closet and a spacious, secluded terrace. The King sized bed and a large, comfortable sofa (not a sofa bed) provide the sleeping accommodation for 3 guests.

Communication and entertainment are at your fingertips - 55” Flat screen HDTV in the living room, a smart TV in the bedroom, unlimited 100 Mbps WiFi Internet, free unlimited long distance telephone calls to US and Canada. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towells and coolers, as well as linen, pillows, bath towels, hair dryer and more.

The Avalon features a spacious clubhouse offering 24/7 WiFi Internet access, a large salt water heated swimming pool with a barbecue area, as well as a fitness center which is always open. Within walking distance from restaurants, Publix supermarket and other shopping centers, you will never run out of daily necessities. The complex has numerous free places to park.

Great place for a vacation

Brilliant condo , described accurately and the photos are exactly what it is like inside. Easy route to Clearwater beach 7 mins . You would not be disappointed as the condo has the beach feel and a nice quite location in the complex. Hosts easy to get hold of if you need to , but you won't . Just book it.

Lovely home from home spotlessly clean.

This is a one bedroom condo. Everything you would need is in this home. Lovely living area with cable TV. All appliances in the kitchen. Outside seating area and store cupboard with coolbags beach chairs etc. Can't fault this property. It was well worth the money. Good communication with the owners. Would definitely stay again. You would need a car if going to the beach but it's a good area for all local attractions.

We had a lovely time apart from the fact the weather was cool and pool was cold. The property was welcoming, homely and comfortable. We made good use of the soft brown blankets and relaxing sofa. The property was in pristine condition and very clean. The overall organisation of our stay, from the moment we arrived was extremely good and clear. I will highly recommend this place. Thank you. Why overall impression of the accommodation was superb everything I wanted for my stay

I stayed at the Avalon property for 10nights , it lived up to everything I needed for my stay , the condo was superb , it was so clean and spacious , and it had all the amenities for self catering, and tv for entertainment in the evening's , I was very impressed , I will definitely be in touch again for this property when I comeback to this area thank you Lavinia and George

Avalon stay

we stayed at this fantastic property for 3weeks in may 17 .it is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay.it is a car ride to beach.we used a uber taxi or Clearwater ferry to get there as parking is a a big problem,especially weekends and very expensive.we will be returning next year and would have absolutely no problem recommending this home from home property to anyone. We first visited Clearwater in 2004 and we fell in love with everything there - beach, ocean, the sun, activities, fauna, the flowers and the trees. We love every minute spent here and can't wait to go back over and over again. "Life is better at the beach" is our motto.

Renovated in 2014 and again in 2019, Coastal theme decorated, we put a lot of work and dedication into this home away from home and we love helping our guests make unforgettable memories at the beach. Top floor condo, no neighbors above you, very quiet area, clubhouse, WiFi around the swimming pool, lots of stores and a few restaurants just near the complex, spacious condo at 730 sf with cathedral ceiling. At a fraction of the price of what you would pay for a beach property. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Private and secluded terrace. Washer and dryer in the unit. Central A/C and heating. Smart HDTVs in living room and bedroom with Netflix, YouTube and more. High speed unlimited WiFi in the unit. You will simply feel at home.
