Great apartment for visiting Cannes centre and beaches.
Had a great 5 night stay in the apartment. It was exactly as described and had everything we needed for 5 people. The air conditioning was very quiet and having the dishwasher was great. Would definitely recommend. Jean-Michel was really helpful and communicative and very flexible for check out. No problems at all.

A mixed bag but plenty to recommend it.
Rather difficult to give an overall score for this property because it is a mix of good and not so good. The pluses were: great quiet location 7 minutes walk from the sea; lovely bright airy space; lovely wrap around balconies; an assiduous and flexible host who worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed; underground parking. The aspects we thought should be better were the overall condition of the decoration; the flat was scrupulously clean but the decor was faded, tired and in need of replacement (peeling enamel in the bath) or update.
