Situated in a quiet area in the nature on the west coast of the sunny island of Tenerife, surrounded by banana and orange trees, and can be reached via a gravel road.

Palm-Mar is the nearest town and is just two kilometers from the house with supermarket, restaurants and many small cafes. Las Galletas is only 4 km, the beach of Los Cristianos at 8 km. Despite its quiet location, this natural area is wonderful for walks, trips or just relaxing.

Offering bright and modern studio apartment with private garden and terrace

The old barn of the house has been converted into an apartment full of light in 2015 renovated and decorated with modern design furniture agrees equipped with modern facilities for a comfortable stay. It consists of a living room and dining room with integrated kitchen, bedroom and a modern bathroom. The living room a coffee table, SAT TV and a dining table with four chairs solid wood. The characteristics of white kitchen cabinets as you would expect only the latest equipment, including dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and even a coffee maker. Through a wide passage, it goes to the sleeping area, where two each 90 cm x 200 cm single beds that can be combined if necessary, double bed. The sofa in the living room can also be reused to remain a child in an extra bed. In the bathroom is right next to a shower, a toilet with mirror and a toilet. Washing machine is available, linens and towels are offered adequate and reliable wireless Internet access for free in is offered.

From the living room it will take you directly to your private terrace and the beautiful garden. You can make yourself comfortable and relaxed in lounge chairs enjoying the view of the orange. Parking spaces are located directly in front of the house.
