3 rooms Apartment with Beds for 6/7 people: 6/7 people can sleep in 3 different rooms because the Apartment gets 2 bedrooms (Sleeps 4) and 1 living room with a sofa-bed (Sleeps 2). Because the living room gets a door and is completely isolated from the other rooms for a real privacy it is considered as a 3rd bedroom (No need to cross the living room to access to the other rooms). There is also a comfortable mattress to be put on the floor for a 7th person if requested.

WATCH OUT! IF YOU ARE 7 PEOPLE, THE 7th PERSON WILL SLEEP IN A BEDROOM BUT ONLY ON A COMFORTABLE MATTRESS!

The apartment is situated really at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, in the BEST and SAFEST area of Paris, located on the frontier of Arrondissement 7 and Arrondissement 15

EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION / BEST DISTRICT:

You are located very centrally, in the nicest district of Paris, really at the feet of the Eiffel Tower, a very beautiful and very safe place. The Eiffel Tower is located in the park Champs-de-Mars and the apartment is located at the edge of it. This is a perfect location to visit the Paris main tourist places by walk or metro. So, if you want to visit Paris by walk, you will definitely choose this place! Plus you will live in a very high level standing district (equivalent to NYC Central Park East side)

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

I took all the pictures myself, so they are not optimized by special effects made by a professional, and all the outside ones have been taken in the 50 yards around of the apartment. The apartment is exactly as shown on my pictures and it is clean, bright, quiet and safe.

The rooms' distribution is perfect (you can check it on my picture of its plan):

- 1 ENTRANCE (large enough to allow me to install my office)
- 1 LIVING-ROOM with 1 sofa-bed Sleeps 2 adults
- 1 KITCHEN
- 2 BEDROOMS: 1 master bedroom with 1 King size bed Sleeps 2 adults and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds Sleeps 2 adults or kids, kids friendly. kids welcome
- 1 TOILET separate
- 1 BATHROOM with 1 Bath & Shower
- A PARKING space may be provided: €32/Day to pay at the Parking

YOU HAVE THE ENTIRE APARTMENT for the proposed price. I will not remove my own personal belongings but you will have enough space for your own personal belongings. You will find the premises as you see it on my pictures

I am the owner, The apartment manager will stay available for any assistance during the time of your stay and we both speak English fluently

Apartment in a modern style building

Located at the 2nd floor with direct and quick access with 2 elevators or stairs. The right elevator (check my pictures) is very large adapted to wheelchairs and child strollers

CLEAN: Apartment is clean and interior of the building too. At the end of stay, a deep cleaning of the apartment is always made by a professional. I will ask you for Cleaning Fee like for every Guest because you benefit of the deep cleaning paid by the previous Guest

QUIET: View on a large quiet green Courtyard

BRIGHT: Orientation South West + Large double doors French windows let in plenty of sun light all day long

SAFE: High security under the supervision of the Janitor living in the 1st floor of the building. Access to the building controlled by 2 doors with digital codes (Access security pass provided). Video monitoring by the 2 janitors

BEDDING DESCRIPTION: Very comfortable up to 6 people in 3 separated rooms:
- 1 MASTER BEDROOM with 1 King size bed Sleeps 2 people (180cmX190cm)
- 1 BEDROOM with 2 separated beds Sleeps 2 people: 1 Mezzanine bed (90cmX190cm) accessible with a secured bed ladder + 1 lower bed with an electric bed frame to adjust the mattress position (90X190cm), Kids friendly. Kids adore sleeping on the top bed and to play with the electric bed frame of the lower bed
- 1 LIVING-ROOM with 1 Queen Size Sofa-bed Sleeps 2 people (160cmX190cm) + 1 couch for eventually a 7th person
- 1 extra bed (comfortable mattress on the floor) for a 7th person on request.

FANTASTIC STAY
We loved the location because we could easily get to the most famous Paris sites with the metro nearby. The host was very helpful and the flat is really nice and quiet and clean - just like in the pictures. Perfect for us! Thank you. We will be back soon.

Overall: excellent stay and transparent description of apartment, with great location and proximity
Our stay was good… it was a terrific central location… just a short walk to the park, Eiffel Tower, and Seine. Emmanuel’s VRBO description was exactly as the apartment was when we stayed there. Definitely “lived in” but he did a good job of providing you with your own space for luggage and belongings. The one thing I would recommend is providing people with instructions on 1) how to open the big metal blinds in the bedrooms (foreigners will not know how to do this, including me...) , and 2) how to use the coffee maker…I never did figure that out. I’d leave some instructions for people on where to find bath towels as it is not instinctive to look for them in the children’s room bureaus. The property manager Eric was great and met us at the apartment to give us the key and key fob thing to get in the building, and show us how to get in/out and show us around the apartment. If you want to have the portable air conditioner in a particular room or bedroom, you should let him know in advance so he can move it for you. The location was great and surprisingly quiet for Paris… the apartment faces a big courtyard not the busy street so that was great for no noise! Overall, a good visit in a fabulous location! The cleaning crew is the weak link
This is a spacious property in a great neighborhood with a good owner (flexible and responsive). Our rating downgrade is related to the cleaning crew’s work. When we checked in, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, crumbs in the kitchen, etc. The property needs a renovation, but the owner and reviews are very transparent about what you’re getting. The main unexpected negative was the cleanliness of the apartment.

Great Stay in Paris!
The property was in an amazing location two blocks from Champ de Mar and close to two Metro stations. Our family of six stayed comfortably in the property and would definitely return in the future.

I have been travelling a lot all my life, for fun as much as for my work. I worked as a manager in a famous American firm based in California, later in an Australian one, then in a German company. I have lots of American friends everywhere in USA and all over the World. I have travelled a lot in USA, a country that I love. I also have family living in Australia which I consider as a marvellous country as well.

Why they chose this property

I have chosen to live here since 2000 because of its very central location. That way I do not need to drive a car in Paris and I can easily walk to all my favourite places. Indeed I wanted to live in a nice, quiet and safe district, as close as possible from the Eiffel Tower. Because I love watching the Eiffel Tower when I cross the Park Champs-de-mars nearby, especially at night because the way the tower is light makes a magnificent show every night! Indeed I like to live near a park because I love space and nature.
