The 'house consists of: 2 bedrooms with double beds that can also be divided as the need arises, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and an additional outdoor shower with hot water. Outside, overlooking a wide beam east side south-east and a beautiful garden with olive trees west side of the north-west. The country on both sides with two large and comfortable wooden verandas. Molto spaziosa e vicina a Cala Azzurra
Eravamo 10 persone e ci siamo trovati molto bene ... la casa ha molti spazi comuni ed offre molte camere ognuna con la sua privacy ... la terrazza con barbecue penso sia il suo punto di forza, ci puoi fare colazione, pranzo e cena tutti insieme!! bellissima ... poi ci sono anche 4 doccie, 2 interne + 2 esterne molto comode. Serve un mezzo per arrivare al centro del paesino, ma nel contempo eravamo a 500m. da Cala Azzurra, una delle calette più belle di Favignana .. se non la piu bella. La consiglio vivamente.

Comoda e tranquilla.
La casa e' spaziosa, areata e munita di tutto quello che serve per passare una vacanza tranquilla a Favignana, anche nelle settimane piu caotiche di Agosto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e ringraziamo il proprietario per la sua gentilezza e disponibilita'.

Posizione strategica
La qualità più importante dell'abitazione è certamente l'ubicazione, perfetta per raggiungere le spiagge più belle dell'isola tra le quali Cala Azzurra, addirittura a circa 500 m., Cala Rossa, Bue Marino, etc. Diciamo che l'isola è abbastanza spartana e, quindi, non ci si deve aspettare il massimo della comodità. La casa, tuttavia, è accogliente ed arredata in modo funzionale con spazi aperti su due lati e docce esterne molto utili. Diciamo che l'inserzione corrisponde perfettamente alla realtà. Unico piccolo neo, la non perfetta pulizia che si desidererebbe avere, ma in vacanza ci si adatta. Il servizio fornito dal proprietario Roberto è stato eccellente, così come la sua disponibilità.

SIAMO ARRIVATI LI' IL 09/08/2015 PER UN SOGGIORNO DI UNA SETTIMANA, PER QUANTO RIGUARDA LA CASA DOVREI FARE DEGLI APPUNTI PERCHE MANCAVA DI CONDIZIONATORI, NECESSARI PERCHE' DAL CALDO SI MORIVA , MANCAVANO LE ZANZARIERE ANCH' ESSE NECESSARIE, ANCOR DI PIU' SE MANCA DI ARIA CONDIZIONATA, SIAMO SATATI UNA SETTIMANA INVASI DALLE FORMICHE , ERANO OVUNQUE SOPRATUTTO IN CUCINA . LA ZONA ERA TRANQUILLA, POSIZIONATA IN MANIERA STRATEGICA PER RAGGIUNGERE LE PRINCIPALI CALETTE SIA IN MACCHINA CHE CON LA BICI. IL PROPRIETARIO NON LO CONSIDEREREI MOLTO AFFIDABILE PERCHE CI HA PROMESSO COSE CHE IN REALTA' NON SONO STATE VERITIERE . ottimo soggiorno in campagna
la casa corrisponde alla descrizione: interni funzionali, si dorme bene senza patire caldo. esterno godibile e attrezzato, con verde e ombra a disposizione. barbecue e doccia esterna fondamentali e presenti. posizione tranquilla, ma vicina alle spiagge; in 15 minuti si arriva in paese. ottima la possibilità di noleggiare direttamente dal proprietario le bici (utili e divertenti per girare, dimenticando l'auto). tutta l'isola merita il viaggio. consigliata !
