Second floor contemporary apartment with lift access, within minutes of the town centre. Secure designated parking is provided for two cars. Two additional visitors parking bays

This apartment has 2 double bedrooms, an ensuite shower room and house bathroom which serves the second bedroom, along with well equipped dining kitchen and lounge with dining room, overlooking the famous Harrogate Stray

Access to the building is either from the car park, directly into the lift which will transport you to the second floor or alternatively through the front door with access to a wide staircase or the lift.

On entry into the apartment, there is an inner hall way leading to the large airy dining kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, electric fan oven, combination microwave oven fitted in, induction hob, dishwasher and washer/ dryer. All plates, cutlery and pans etc are provided, down to egg cups and a cafetierre. There is a kitchen table with seating for four. A supply of tea, coffee and sugar along with kitchen roll, tea towel, washing up liquid and dishwasher tabs are provided.

Another door leads to the large lounge with dining area. Comfortable corner sofa with full sized pull out sofa bed for 2 guests (charges apply), flat screen TV with Sky package, DVD player and stereo with DAB radio and docking station for IPod / iPhone. Wifi is available free of charge. A selection of books, games and DVDs is provided for your further entertainment. There are patio doors opening to a Juliet balcony with views overlooking the Stray and the Cedar Court Hotel (Grade 11 listed and oldest hotel in Harrogate). There is a large dining table with 4 chairs but enough room to comfortably seat 6 using the kitchen chairs.

The family bathroom has a shower bath with shower over, wash basin and toilet. Tiled with travertine on walls and floor. Toiletries are provided along with fluffy white Egyptian cotton towels.

Useful hall cupboard with ironing board and cloak store

Along the corridor there are two bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed which can be split to twins by request (£10 charge applies). Wall mounted TV, chest of drawers, side tables with lamps and built in wardrobe. A hair dryer is provided. This room has it's own en suite shower room, with travertine. Shower cubicle with glass door, toilet and wash basin.

The second bedroom has a double bed, side tables, built in wardrobe and dressing table.

All rooms are double glazed. Heating and hot water are provided by a gas boiler, controllable with a room thermostat. All white Egyptian cotton bedding is provided along with fluffy white bath sheets and hand towels.

Normal check in time is 1500 but earlier check in can be requested for a small additional charge. Normal check out time is 1000 but again a late check out til 12 noon can be requested for a small charge.

Unfortunately we cannot take pets due to block rules Children of all ages are always welcome. We have a travel cot and high chair. We ask that you supply your own cot bedding. Please request at time of booking.

We accept bookings from 2 days duration. Please contact us for long stay rates where discounts will be available. Our apartment makes an excellent choice if you are between house moves or new to the area, being equipped to such a high standard

Smart, Comfortable, Modern, Convenient and Clean

The apartment was exactly as the photos used in the advert, very comfortable and equipped with everything including coffee and tea. Plenty of towels, good quality bedding and a spacious kitchen should you wish to self cater. It was very clean. The directions and instructions to park and enter the property were thorough. A very convenient position, just a few minutes walk into lovely Harrogate. The only negative was the road outside the bedrooms was very noisy with traffic, but this is bound to happen with a town centre property.

Thank you for a great stay, we will return!
