The villa is situated on the edge of the quaint village of Archez and is accessed via a concrete driveway through its own private gated entrance. The property has stunning views of Mount Maroma and the National Park, which is less than 10 minuets drive, and across the villages of Archez and Canillas de Albaida, both of which are less than five minutes walk away and have small supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, a good selection of traditional bars and restaurants as well as some wonderful Spanish history and charm such as the 13th century bell tower in Archez. The entrance to the villa leads from the fully glazed terrace with table and chairs to enjoy dining in all seasons into the spacious air conditioned open plan lounge which has a light and airy traditional Spanish feel with a contemporary flat screen television and log burner for cosy winter evenings.
