About this property

Very attractive, neat villa with high quality fittings, in calm, private situation, near the beaches and the shops. The city and the beaches are at about 5-10 minutes by car, the La Marineta beach is at 3 km and the endless sandy beaches of Las Marinas are at 5 km. There is a restaurant/bar at only 1 km and 2 large supermarkets (Consum and Lidl) at 2,5 km from the villa. This comfortable Villa has 2 bed rooms, one with aircon and a full-size bed, the other one with a sofa bed for 2, a shower bath room, a cozy lounge and dining area with aircon and wood burner and a perfectly fitted american kitchen with dish washer. Ideal for 2-4 people. Outside there are various terraces, one of them with a large sun shade, and an amazing roofed BBQ with dining area. On the lower level, accessible by only a few steps, there is a 8 x 4 m swimming pool with sun terrace and beautiful gardens with lawn and mediterranean plants. The villa is equipped with air conditioning (in 1 bed room and in the living room), ceiling fans, wood burner, Wifi Internet, Sat-TV (Astra), dish washer, washing machine, large fridge-freezer, microwave, moskito blinds and electric shutters, garden furniture and sun beds. There is also a private parking at the entrance of the plot. The area of Denia at the most beautiful Costa Blanca is the perfect holiday destination. Enjoy the mild climate all year through, the endless sandy beaches and the amazing green back country. Denia has a good infrastructure and a large offer of leisure activities, a modern Marina, a fishing port, an interesting historic centre and an impressing number of good restaurants. Last but not least a diversified night life! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, different sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. 2 renowned golf courses (La Sella Golf Resort and Oliva Nova Golf) are at just 8, resp. 25 km from the villa. Denia is situated exactely between Valencia and Alicante, both airports are at approx. 1 hour driving.For long term stays (28 days or more) there are special prices, therefore additional charges may apply, such as Wifi, water and electricity according to consumption.

El 1 dia , la Sra de happy sun , fue arrogante e siempre llena de prisa, onde nos explicaba todo muy rápido y termina con una frase: si la piscina está sucia , tenemos un problema en en la entrega de la casa! ! Me dicen que tenemos sabanas y toallas, cuando llegamos , tenemos 1 sábana en cada cama e si necesito de cambiar o de mas alguna , tengo que lavar y planchar! Le comenté en la salida que sólo teníamos 1 sabana e la Sra abre la sábana y me comenta que tenía abajo otra( que para mí es un protector de cama y además súper caliente) el tema de la luz , me parece un roubo , la Sra llegó hoy a la casa , sacó el número sin nos llamar , y hizo las cuentas sola , nos apresentou una cuenta de 74 euros, le comenté que casi no gastamos aire condicionado, e nos habla muy arrogante,diciendo que tiene personas ahí de confianza, en otras palabras, llamándonos (mentirosos) le pregunto si nosotros también pagamos la electricidad de la limpieza de piscina y no me contestó! Están a 1 semana me pasando correos para saber la hora de salida, pues comenté con la Sra y su respuesta, muy arrogante (. Tengo 80 casas y necesito de saber cuando salen! ). Me parece de mala actitud, pues día si día no , te molestan con este tema de salida , 8 días antes! La Sra fue muy arrogante desde el 1 día Experiencia para no volver más

Super urlaub

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet ausser ein paar mehr Gläser und kleine Teller hätten nicht geschadet. Ansonsten gemütlich klein aber für 4 Personen ausreichend Platz. Das Bett im zweiten Schlafzimmer war laut Aussage meiner Kinder (Teenager) nicht so bequem die Matratze war ziemlich dünn. Dafür hat der Garten alles wieder gut gemacht. Schöner großer Pool und viel Grün.
