Great location and views

The position of this villa is absolutely stunning, with an uninterrupted view over the bay and private sea access. There are Hotel restaurants nearby but for everything else a 5km trip into Kas is necessary - no real hardship as it's a beautiful drive and Kas is a lovely little town bustling with activity. The reason why we have only given 4 stars is that the villa itself felt a little tired and in need of some tender loving care, and there was very little prior communication from the owner/agent - a villa information pack with emergency contacts etc would have been appreciated.

Mostly great. Fantastic pool and loved the easy access to the sea.

The property was good although the AC in the main lounge was not good enough and we had foul smells coming from the bathroom in the master bedroom. Not all the lights worked and the Jacuzzi was not fully functional. However we still had a great time and our agent was always happy to help us.

Beautiful scenery

We had a wonderful time at the villa. The scenery is amazing and it is so peaceful. Swimming in the sea was great and the pool was perfect for the family. The house needed a little updating. For example the outdoor patio furniture was a little old. The was some wood rot with the railing that my brother leaned on and broke. Other than that it was amazing. Gulsev did a good job showing us around the house and was very helpful. We would definitely come back again and would recommend this villa for a wonderful vacation in kas.

Great Location & Hospitality

My family and I really enjoyed the villa. It is a little older, but the location was nice and a little secluded. The access to the sea was great and it was a peaceful place to read in the morning. My kids enjoyed the downstairs living area as well as the pool. It is an easy and beautiful drive into town and there are beaches nearby. Gulsev, the property manager, was fantastic. You have to have her prepare some Mediterranean dishes for dinner one night. It was delicious. Overall, it was a great experience and one of our best during our time in Turkey.
