Two bedroom, two bathroom with superb views

Your bright and spacious holiday apartment is conveniently located in Nueva Andalucía, at the entrance to 'Golf Valley' and is equally suitable for a family, small group, or golf holiday. You are a short walk to the famous marina of Puerto Banus and there is a choice of shops and restaurants at your doorstep.

The apartment has been recently decorated and furnished for the 2017 season and is equipped to meet your every need, including dual air conditioning in each bedroom, and in the lounge area also. There is satellite TV, including English language channels and a high speed WiFi internet service.

The Location: The apartment is conveniently located in Nueva Andalucía, less than one mile from the heart of cosmopolitan Puerto Banus and four miles from Marbella. Puerto Banus, famous for its yacht marina, exotic bars, restaurants and designer shops, also has excellent beach facilities.

The area beside the Puerto Banus bull ring, which is a two minute walk from the apartment, hosts a very popular Saturday morning market.

There are two supermarkets within five minutes walk as well.

A ten minute drive takes you to the Selwo Safari Park, an experience to be enjoyed by all ages.

Sight Seeing: Some attractions within easy driving distance are:

Gibraltar; the Rock of Gibraltar and its duty free shopping

Benahavis; a Lovely Andalucian village with a great selection of restaurants

Ronda; an historical mountain town famous for its spectacular gorge

Comfortable spacious, well positioned apartment

The apartment was well equipped with a lovely large balcony. Garage parking was a bonus, although whilst we had a car the complex is conveniently situated for all of the areas which we normally visit.

Transactions were easy, and the local agent was very helpful. We would definitely stay again

Just perfect

Myself and my daughter spent a week in this apartment and couldn't fault it. We had a whole week of beautiful sunshine. The apartment was spacious, clean, with a super view and a lovely large balcony. There were three swimming pools, we always used the larger one which once you were in was lovely, no shortage of sun beds and just a short walk from the apartment. There were a lot of steps but you could also use the lift. There are two supermarkets nearby and lots of nice places to eat out. We got lots of useful information from Gerry beforehand and Gemma who showed us to our apartment was lovely. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Un séjour magnifique

Je remercie Gerry ainsi que Gemma pour l'accueil que j'ai pu avoir de sa part lors de mon séjour de 7 jours à Marbella.

Je viens tout juste de rentrer et je vous avoue qu'au départ, j'étais anxieuse à l'idée de prendre un logement au près de HOMEHOLIDAY mais ça été pour moi une excellente découverte.

En effet, le logement était excellent, avec piscine, un emplacement idéal pour se déplacer au sein de Marbella, nous avions un voiture et une place de parking nous était dédiée.

Les 2 chambres avaient une salle de bain individuelle important lorsqu'on n'ai une femme et qu'on souhaite de l'espace pour ce préparer.

Le balcon nous a permis de contempler les montagnes, la verdure, la nature espagnole.

Si vous souhaitez avoir un logement sans avoir peur de faire face à une arnaque, je vous conseille mille fois lelogement de M.Gerry Burke.

Il a été à mon écoute, il a su m'expliquer le procedé du site internet.

J'en garde un excellent souvenir de ce séjour, je suis impatiente de repartir avec l'ensemble des membres ma famille.

This is the English translation of the review; 'Hello, I thank Gerry and Gemma for the hospitality I received from her during my 7 day stay in Marbella. I have just returned home and I confess that at the beginning, I was anxious to book accommodation through HOMEHOLIDAY but it was for me an excellent experience. The accommodation was excellent, with pool, a great location to explore the Marbella area, we had a car and a parking space was dedicated to us. The 2 bedrooms had a large private bathroom which was very convenient. The balcony allowed us to contemplate the mountains, the greenery, the Spanish nature. If you want to rent accommodation with peace of mind, I recommend the accommodation of Mr. Gerry Burke. He was very helpful to me and he explained the process of the website. I have an excellent memory of this holiday. Thanks again for all Gerry and Gemma. Cordially.

Appartement agréable situé à 15 - 20 minutes à pied de la plage de Puerto Banuls. Résidence très plaisante et sécurisée. Accueil sympa. Proximité de grandes surfaces (4 -5 minutes à pied). Eau de la piscine froide en octobre. Grand balcon avec jolie vue. Seul bémol : Aucune insonorisation entre appartements et malgré voisins discrets ; pas mal de bruits le soir. Sinon séjour très agréable. Je recommande.

Owner's Response: Pleasant apartment -- 15 to 20 minute walk from the beach in Puerto Banus. Very pleasant and safe residence. Nice home. Close to supermarkets (4 -5 minutes walk). Pool a little cold in October. Large balcony with nice views. Only downside: No soundproofing between apartments and despite discreet neighbours, some noise at night. Otherwise stay. I recommend.
