A lovely apartment in a beautiful city!

This is a lovely and very spacious apartment and is very well equipped. We enjoyed our week in this beautiful city. The only downside was the noise from outside on Friday and Saturday night due to the very central position of the apartment. Apart from that, it was a most enjoyable stay.

A very well equipped apartment in a great location

A huge apartment in nice condition. Two good sized bedrooms, a sitting room, bathroom and one of the best equipped kitchens I've seen in a holiday rental! The location is extremely convenient, right in the old town and just a few mins walk from the main square. You can sit having your breakfast watching the cruise ship tourists walk past below your window. There are several nice restaurants in Rataskaevu street itself. The owners live next door, so if you have any problems they are on hand. Good wi-fi signal. The only (small) problem was that it was noisy until about 2-3am on Friday and Saturday night, as people were sitting and chatting in the small grassy square just opposite (and one of the bedroom windows couldn't be closed). Despite this, it was an excellent choice, and very reasonably priced. Thank you to Risto and family.

Comfortable, clean apartment with central location

First time to Tallinn and we will definitely be coming back! All arrangements went smoothly and we were greeted on arrival and given 2 sets of keys. The apartment is spacious and well equipped and was spotlessly clean. The road (Rataskaevu) is an excellent one to stay in, as it's 5 minutes walk to the central square and Rataskaevu itself contains several fabulous restaurants - we loved Von Krahli Aed, Rataskaevu 16 and Scheeli (on the way to the square). The apartment looks out onto the Niguliste church where there is an amazing Dance of Death painting from the 15th century. It's only a few minutes walk to the medieval walls and a range of interesting shops. Free walking tours start from outside the Tourist Office, 2 minutes from the apartment. The owner lives next door so any questions or issues can be sorted out straight away. There is some noise from revellers if you're there on a Friday night, but I guess that would be the same at any central location. Thank you Risto for a great stay! Jenny

Magnificent

Clean and well equipped flat with super location right next to St Nicolas Church. Owner was helpful and the care taker is the neighbour and we felt very comfortable during our stay. We were on the ground floor and we could see people going around the street, but they could not see us because of the good blind curtain. Since it was located in the middle of the old town we were a little bit concerned about noises but we were not bothered with noises except only Saturday night. Plenty of hot water and easy to handle electric heater. We will come back again.
