About the property

Large 4 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor apartment, 500 m from the beach .

The property is tastefully decorated with two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom all have fans. The property sleeps 7 comfortably.

There is a communal pool ( free entrance ) with grass and shaded areas to sun bath and childrens splash pool,open from June until September. Tennis courts open all year round .

The property has a huge patio with a large range of plants , a seating/sofa area for relaxing, sunbeds and covered dining area. There are three mountain bikes and a gas barbecue.

Within 100 M of the property are a supermarket, various bars, restaurants.

The town center of Torre Del Mar is 700 m walk, on the way there are lots more bars,shops and restaurants. In the town center is a massive selection of great bars, restaurants,banks and shops . Torre Del Mar is traditional Spanish town with lots of great tapas bars and a big weekly market .

The beach 500 m (10 min )walk, there are sun beds, umbrellas and many beach bars.

A car is not needed as there are regular buses from the airport to Malaga and from Malaga to Torre Del Mar.

Having spent many family holidays in Torre Del Mar as a child, I had fantastic memories of the traditional Spanish town the tapas bars and beach.

There are some fantastic seafood bars and hundreds of places to choose from to eat and drink . I love to able to walk all over town.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is in a great location it has everything within walking distance, so a car is not needed.

It is very unusual to get an apartment in such a good location with such big outdoor space.

The apartment is ground floor and has communal gardens in front of the property so is very quiet.

Very good apartment in a lovely resort

Just had 2 weeks (from 19 July 17) and the apartment meet all our needs. Louise was very helpful with the booking and met us on arrival to show us around the apartment. The fridge was stocked up with basic essentials and the wine went down well!

If you want a good quiet location in Torre then this should suit as it's easy access to the beach (just over 5 minutes) It has a supermarket on the corner with butcher, baker and fish shop within a few minutes walk. Some good eating places just around the corner Jordi bar and La Vendimia with good fish places along the front.

It's mainly a Spanish resort so the place is more relaxed and the people were nice. The pool area was clean, well maintained and manned all the time. Louise provided high chair, cot and brolly for the beach/pool area with cool bag/freezer packs available if needed.

Fantastic!

The apartment was perfect for our needs. As 6 friends travelling, we had plenty of beds and space to enjoy the apartment with a wonderful outdoor area to congregate and soak up the Spanish sunshine. The owner was incredibly helpful at assisting with booking taxis to and from the airport, as well as leaving food and drink essentials for our arrival. The outdoor space is a huge benefit and everywhere was very nicely decorated and very clean. Lovely terrace with lots of seating. The pool was lovely and clean and a great place to relax, although there are no sun beds here. The apartment location is in very easy access to the beach front, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants with plenty of options for food and drinks. Torre del Mar is pretty quiet but perfect for a chilled out holiday. I would highly recommend this apartment to families or friends planning a relaxing holiday in the sunshine.

Can't fault this apartment.

Four adults stayed for 5 nights in this fabulous ground floor apartment .The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. Louise ,the owner, was extremely helpful and even left food and drink for our arrival. Situated in a nice area close to all amenities. We were all impressed and would highly recommend a stay here.

Apartment well equipped in central location

We stayed in early November and weather was fine most days sunny apartment well equipped and a home with lots of nice features,kitchen fine for us only two of us, bedrooms good.

Tv a pain having to use a mouse to change channels although good choice of channels.

Two issues right next door to main entrance so each time other tenants came or went door banged need a sign to ask for door to be closed with consideration.also large patio overlooked and in November no sun so cannot sit out.

Apartment clean and tidy with lots of extras Louise very good sorted water issue and very helpful.

Nice and big
