Fabulous

It was our first time visiting Sardinia and everything was new. The drive from the airport -SS195 and then the SP71 towards Chia was winding but fairly easy. The gated community was lovely and quiet and the immediate neighbours were friendly and helpful. The house was beautifully clean and well maintained. The landlord was very helpful, we arrived on Easter Sunday and he had provided us with milk and Pasta etc.There are 2 local beaches which are stunning and within walking distance. However, a car is needed to travel to the shops, restaurants and other many beautiful beaches. We only had a week there but we visited Nora Roman ruins & tower (about 25 mins away). This was well worth the visit - the tour guide spoke English well and she was backed up by a digital guide that was prompted for at particular points. The "Is Zuddas grotto" caves (about 40 mins away) were stunning and again the guide spoke excellent English. We spent our last day in Cagliari - we discovered the Amphitheatre by accident but make the effort to walk up the hill to see it - it's well worth it! We will definately visit Sardinia again and try and stay in the house if it's available.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus am richtigen Platz

Kurz und Knapp: Das Haus ist nett eingerichtet und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, man hat alles was man braucht. Einziges manco, das Ceranfeld...warum? es gibt nichts besseres als einen Gasherd! Der Verwalter Aldo ist sehr sympathisch, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Esperienza più che positiva Location eccellente con splendida vista su Terredda All'interno di un residence molto riservato e curato nei dettagli a brevissima distanza dalle rinomatissime spiagge di Chia Non manca veramente niente. La Sardegna con i suoi pregi (moltissimi) ed i suoi difetti (molti) rimane pur sempre una terra splendida ideale per una memorabile vacanza. Grazie a tutti

Wir kommen wieder!

Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage, es handelt sich hierbei um eine Doppelhaushälfte mit wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge und aufs Meer. Obwohl das Nachbarhaus besetzt war, hört man nichts, auch im gesamten Viertel sind die Nachbarn sehr ruhig. Aldo ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber und jederzeit erreichbar bei Rückfragen und super hilfsbereit. Er tut alles, damit man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Die Küche ist super eingerichtet, doch riechen die Schränke und Schubladen ein wenig muffig, auch sollte die Spülmaschine ein wenig mehr gepflegt werden. Wir hatten zum Glück einen Maschinenreiniger mit im Koffer, welches der Spülmaschine gut tat. Aber ansonsten ist alles super sauber, besonders die Bäder sind eine Wucht. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen würden. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut, wenn man ein Auto hat und sehr hochwertig. Die Supermärkte und Bauernstände in der Umgebung haben alles was man braucht. Und das Eisfach im Haus hat Kühlakkus, sodass man problemlos Fisch einkaufen kann, den man direkt auf dem Außengrill verarbeiten kann.
