Kefalosbay Apartments are located in the heart of a private estate of 7000 sq. meters in a place of a rare beauty.

The residence is located on a belvedere offering a spectacular panoramic view of the Kefalos bay, one of the most beautiful views of Kos island.

The apartment of 78 sq. meters includes a living room, an open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and an entrance hall. It also features a terrace facing south. It is suitable for 2 to 4 people.
This apartment of contemporary design is equipped with large bay windows, high-speed WiFi and offers customised hotel services.
The residence owns an architectural infinity edge pool with jetstream. It provides a beach entry with part of the surrounding sand and allows counter-current swimming. It is harmoniously blended into a Mediterranean rockery cactus garden.

The residence only welcomes children over the age of ten.

The Best View from a property ever

The view from the front of the property, and even more so, from the pool, was second to none. There is a walk up to the property - but that's how you get the best views. Most people staying here hire a car, but it is not necessary if you don't mind the walk.

Peace and tranquility in breath taking surroundings

Absolutely stunning place . The apartment had everything you need and was spotlessly clean when we arrived and then cleaned every few days with clean towels and bedding.we spent most days chilling round the pool which is the nicest and cleanest pool I have ever seen and my wife and I had it to ourselves for the whole 2 weeks and kostas treated us to iced coffee most days and the occasional home made cake. Kostas and Lionel are the perfect hosts and nothing was to much for them they made our holiday extra special. Thank you so much and see you soon . Jason and Karin uk June 2018

What a lovely spot. Fabulous views and great accommodation.

We had a smashing holiday in this beautiful place. We had a warm welcome and were well looked after. The apartment was nice but the pool is the show stopper here.

Fantastic little paradise!

After walking up a little winding bumpy road we came to our holiday destination and were greeted by the lovely Konstantinos. He took us to his home which is next to the apartments and very kindly gave us refreshments and all the information we needed about the area and where we were staying. He also arranged over the phone for the hire of a scooter for us which we used for the whole week and explored all over the island. The apartments had all we needed and a beautiful view right across the bay. Sometimes we stayed in and cooked ourselves and sat eating and drinking on the balcony. There are two balconies in each apartment so you can move around and follow the sun. The pool and sun beds were well looked after and we had them to ourselves apart from when Konstantinos joined us to offer an iced coffee and a chat about anything we wanted to know. The gardens are beautiful and well kept and the apartments are regularly cleaned and fresh bedding and towels are put in the rooms by a fairy I think because they just appeared while we were out! One thing we didn't get chance to do was to swim across to the island in the bay and ' ring the bell' we hope to do this because we have already booked for next year and Konstantinos has kept our beach towels to save on luggage promising to wash them ready to use again. Loved it all, an ideal location for a relaxing holiday with a beautiful view and a charming friendly host.

Ein Urlaubs domizil für den Lebensabend aber nicht nur!!!!!!

unser Aufenthalt in der Kefalos Bay- Residenz war von Anfang 30.09.2019 bis Ende 21.10.2019 einfach nur phantastisch. Der Empfang von Costas und Lionnel war vom ersten Augenblick an von Herzlichkeit geprägt. Das Appartment war sehr sauber und beinhaltete alles was man als Selbstversorger braucht.Das Personal war höflich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden wiederkommen.
