Bestechend schöne Gartenanlage, herzliche Betreuung

Die ehemalige Mühlenanlage (18. Jh.) liegt einige Kilometer südlich von El Padur auf dem Land, ungefähr 30 Autominuten südlich von Granada. Sie besteht aus zwei Wohnungen sowie zwei Häuschen und umfasst auch ein relativ großes Gartengelände. Auf der fewo-direkt-site kann man nicht unterscheiden, welche Einheit welche ist. Die zwei Wohnungen, “Molino Leña Anica”, “Molino Feliche”, befinden sich im Oberparterre des ehemaliges Mühlengebäudes. Daran angebaut ist eins der zwei Häuschen, “Molino Misqueres”. Das Ganze ist nord-süd ausgerichtet. Das zweite Häuschen, “Molino de Paco Laguna”, ist freistehend und befindet sich südlich der anderen drei Einheiten. Das Gartengelände ist sehr geschmackvoll, bis märchenhaft, angelegt und sehr gepflegt! Die Aussicht von der Anlage nach Osten ist auf die Sierra Nevada. Die drei Einheiten im größeren Gebäube haben auf der Westseite in den jeweiligen Eingangsbereichen eine mit Reben beschattete Terrasse, allerdings mit wenig Privacy. Der Gartenbereich mit Liegestühlen und Pool befindet sich auf der Ostseite des Gebäudes; um in diesen Bereich zu gelangen muß man um das Gebäude herumlaufen. Wir haben in der zweiten Maihälfte 2022 fünf Tage in der nördlichsten Einheit, “Molino Seña Anica”, gewohnt. Das ‘Elternschlafzimmer’ fanden wir sehr gemütlich (die Wohnung hat auch ein Kinderzimmer). Den Raum mit den Koch-, Ess- und Wohnbereichen fanden wir verhältnismäßig klein und einfach ausgestattet. Die Temperatur in der Wohnung bleibt bei äußerer Hitze angenehm. Das freistehende Häuschen “Molino de Paco Laguna” hat einen abgetrennten Gartenbereich mit eigenem Pool. Es hat den Eingangs- und Terrassenbereich auf der Ostseite des Hauses. Wir konnten feststellen, dass es innen einen etwas höheren Standard als “Molino Seña Anica” hat. Das Kinderzimmer befindet sich allerdings auf einer eingezogenen Decke oberhalb des Elternschlafzimmers und ist nicht vom Wohn-, Ess-, und Koch-Bereich abtrennbar. Der Empfang durch Mutter und Tochter Teresa war herzlich und informativ! Tochter Teresa spricht Englisch. Auch während des Aufenthalts haben sie uns informativ unterstützt.

très bien situé

A mi chemin de toutes les belles découvertes a faire dans cette région. Les paysages sont magnifiques et Teresa Paco très accueillants Tranquilles dans notre gîte et la piscine rien que pour nous. Peut être couvrir la piscine la nuit pour garder la chaleur de l'eau. Merci et à bientôt en famille

Bijna perfect...

Verblijf eind augustus 2019 - 4 sept. Heerlijk verblijf, rustig, de eendjes houden je gezelschap, je zit snel in Granada, super mooie omgeving. Kleine “maar”....persoonlijk miste ik een lekker lounge gedeelte, daarentegen kan je heerlijk in de bedjes bij het zwembad vertoeven. Mooie appartementen, er is ook een apart huis met eigen zwembad, dat staat niet op de site, wel foto’s ervan. Het is vaak erg rustig doordat er maar 3 appartementen zijn. We hebben het er heel fijn gehad.
