Una bienvenida muy caluro...

Una bienvenida muy calurosa por parte de la proprietaria Marisa. Apartamento excelente, muy limpio con una cocina muy bien equipada y una piscina grande rodeada por cesped bien cuidada y muchos arboles para estar en la sombra. % minutos a pie tanto del centro de Cambrils como los restaurantes y bares (destaca mencionar el bar de pintxos "La Marinada"), los buses de la costa y la playa. Buena seleccion de supermercados y tiendas independientes. A 10 minutos a pie tanto de la estacion de autobuses como la estacion ferrocarril. Si se pudiera anadir ventiladores o aire acondicionado, este alojamiento seria 5/5 para todo porque asi se podria por lo menos cerrar las ventanas de noche para amortiguar el ruido ensordecedor de los trenes que pasan. Very warm welcome from the owner, Marisa. Excellent apartment, spotlessly clean with very well equipped kitchen and large pool surrounded by well tended grass and plenty of trees for shade. Five minute walk to the centre of Cambrils, restaurants and bars(La Marinada Pintxo bar deserves a special mention), coastal bus service and beach. Good choice of nearby supermarkets and independent shops. Ten minute walk to bus and train station. If ceiling fans or air conditioning were added, this accommodation would be 5/5 for everything because the windows could then be closed at night, to deaden the thunderous noise of the passing trains.

Nice apartment situated very near Cambrils city centre and the beach

A very nice apartment situated just a 5 minute walk from Cambril's city centre and beach. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a balcony. A large and tidy community pool just below the apartment. The owner, Marisa, was very kind, helpful and quick to respond to any of our questions. We would have given 5 stars if the apartment had WiFi and air condition. But we were informed that WiFi is being installed next year, AND the apartment was equipped with fans that did help us cooling down.

Très bel appartement à 5 minutes des commodités.

Nous avons séjourné chez Marisa 2 semaines en juillet 2015 et avons été très satisfaits. La location est très bien située, au calme tout en étant proche des restaurants et commerces et à 7/8 minutes de la plage. L'immeuble et les jardins sont très propres et bien entretenus. L'appartement est grand, très propre, bien conçu et bien équipé. Les chambres bien séparées des espaces communs, la suite parentale avec salle de bains est très agréable. Bel espace buanderie pour le linge, attenant à la cuisine. Literie neuve. La terrasse est assez grande pour manger à 5 sans problème. La belle surprise a été la piscine que nous avions totalement oubliée : elle est d'une belle taille (on peut y nager) et le jardin autour très bien entretenu et nous avons pu en profiter tous les jours. La propriétaire Marisa est très gentille, serviable et parle assez bien français et c'est elle qui est venue nous accueillir et nous remettre les clés. En bref, nous avons passé 2 super semaines à Cambrils et souhaitons revenir l'an prochain chez Marisa et nous recommanderions les yeux fermés cette location.
