Between Mount Ferru and Monte Arbu, in the most southerly, set in a valley of the country Tertenia, between sea and mountains, in an area of outstanding natural interest and scenic, whose long coastline, which It stretches for 12 kilometers, opens in many idyllic beaches of great beauty, bathed by crystal clear waters teeming with fish and.

Here, nestled between the hill on which stands the Nuraghe Nastasi and the beautiful private beach and the Melisenda is the village Nuraghe Longu.

Our detached house in a small and intimate village, (5posti bed) is suitable for those who want to spend their holidays relaxing and full autonomy.
Clad in stone typical of the place it is on one level to an inner surface of 80 square meters and consists of: kitchen with spacious marble that opens onto a large, comfortable living room, bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, bedroom with single bed and bathroom.
A lovely, well-kept garden, among olive trees and plants typical Mediterranean surrounding each villa.
The outdoor areas consist of a large veranda of 40 square overlooking a private pool reserved treated with 100% natural products.

Lovely property. Amazing pool and villa. Lovely, quiet week away. Great restaurant (Hotel Janus) which is walkable. Lovely food and great service. Local beach is excellent.

Lovely little Villa

Lovely property, very clean and welcoming, in a gated complex away from all the hassle. Arbatax is about 40 mins by car with big supermarkets and plenty of ocean going activities. Pool was perfect and the villa had all the required amenities. Thank you for a lovely stay. Adam, Alex and family.

Lovely villa with amazing pool and views

We had a fabulous time at this lovely villa - the photos don't do it justice. It is very private and quiet with amazing mountain views and you can even see the sea! We loved the pool, especially as it was salt water, and spent many hours in it! We cooked most nights but also went to Janas restaurant one evening (a 5 minute walk) which I definitely recommend. We also went to a sea front bar/restaurant a short drive away called Shardan which was lovely too. There are a few supermarkets nearby that have everything you need. Communication with our host, Ugo, was great - we used Google Translate a lot! This is a lovely location for a relaxing holiday - we hardly left the villa! We'll definitely visit again.

Lovely holiday villa!

This is a fine and well kept villa! Highly recommended. All day sun, a large shaded veranda, sun beds by the private pool, a great lush view in almost every direction. Birdsong by day, the odd donkey eee-or at night. We also saw Golden eagles from the garden and falcons, inc a hobby. Secluded too, private, despite there being 3 villas and some apartments below us. Ample parking -note there are actually 2 restaurants within 10 or 25 mins walking distance. (La Grotte did great pizzas.) The check in process was fine, a phone number had been provided too in case we were late- and the host Ugo was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. His use of a translation app worked well and was thoughtful. The kitchen is well equipped, large dining area inside or out, and comfortable seating too. The shower room / WC also has a washing machine which worked well. There is aircon in the main house and a unit in the double bedroom, but we didn't need it. The villa is relatively remote (Caligari approx 1 hr 30 mins drive) - a car is obviously essential. Note that close by Tertenia has everything you need, inc a small shop open on Sunday, approx 10 mins drive. When here, I would recommend a visit to Su Nuraxi di Barumini: quite something, but it is 2 hrs drive west. Caligari is a wonderful and interesting city too. Also we liked Santa Maria Navarresse, 40 mins drive north- ideal beach location) -Negatives- nothing serious- (1) WiFi was a bit sporadic- possibly due to remoteness, but ample 3G mobile coverage on Vodafone IT: internet access useful / essential when planning trips? ). (2) The bunk beds and single bedroom have quite narrow mattresses (75cm?) - adequate for children and slimmer adults, but a bit narrow for larger folk? (3) An electric kettle in the kitchen would have been very useful, but we just heated water in a pan for cups of tea. NB: I would still re-book this villa, these are just *minor* points, it's a great holiday home.

Wonderful villa with pool

We enjoyed our holiday in this villa in Sardinia very much indeed. The quality of the house and furnishings is excellent and the pool is wonderful, especially on hot days. The location is in our opinion very good – there is no mass tourism, and the area is not highly developed, but despite this there are several good restaurants (our favourite was in the hotel close to the property) and a surprisingly well-stocked supermarket within a few minutes‘ drive. A car is definitely required. The local beaches are lovely, with soft white sand and clear warm water, and we had no trouble finding a parking place, even in July. On Foxi Manna you can rent sun loungers and there is a great beach bar / restaurant. The owner of the property was very helpful and was always immediately available when we had a question or a request. We would definitely return.
