This penthouse couldn’t be more centrally located as it’s in the very heart of Nerja, the Balcon de Europa. The apartment is very large, around 90 m2 and is very well equipped, is decorated to a high standard and has air conditioning throughout

The property has an ample sitting room/dining room with access to a west facing terrace (evening sun) and a pretty view to the Church and the Balcón de Europa. There is free wifi and a large Smart TV which can receive all channels available on the internet, plus air conditioning.

The main bedroom is very large and decorated in a style that reminds us of Arabia. It has a double bed, an en suite shower room and a dressing room; there is another bedroom with twin beds and another family shower room. Both bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes.

The kitchen has been renovated and is well equipped with a large fridge freezer, 3 ring ceramic hob, microwave/oven combined, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, wine fridge and dishwasher. There is also a butler´s pantry off the kitchen where we find the washing machine and access to the solarium/private roof terrace, equipped with 2 sun loungers and a large parasol.

It is a very special property because of the location. The building where it is located is pretty and it also has a lift. The flat is full of charm and quality and is perfect for spending a luxury holiday in the very heart of Nerja.

Why The Owner chose Nerja

The property is so centrally located that everything is to hand; beaches, restaurants, shops, bars, the church. The centre of Nerja, the Balcon de Europa, where we are is picture postcard perfect. There are many apartments in the area but this one caught our interest immediately. You have to see the intricate design in all the woodwork to believe it!
