Villa Mentine is located on a quiet private domain. No traffic and very calm. The beaches, shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Enjoy summer outdoor life, with the Big Green Egg barbecue on the terrace.

The 130m² villa has three bedrooms, a living room/salon, a kitchen and a side room/office with a convertible bed/seat. A total of 6 to 8 sleeping places. The new kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer). There are two modern bathrooms, one includes a bath. In the scullery there is a washing machine and a dryer. The whole villa is air-conditioned and heated.

Television in the living room and master bedroom. WiFi Internet. Alarm and a safe.

The 2.000 m2 plot and the house are all in one level and therefore have good accessibility for kids and disabled persons. From the spacious private terrace there is a magnificent view of the sea. Large well maintained garden. Wander around the house and look for a shadowy place to read below the shelter of the trees .

The heated 5 x 12 m pool is covered with an automated deck (safe for small kids) and salt based, no chlorine included and the pool has a multicoloured disco light.

We love the tranquility, the charming and effective style of the house, the view of the sea and the good facilities of the house, terrace and garden. Once we arrive here we feel like we can stay on the terrain all week. Nonetheless, there are a lot of things to do. Lately we discovered the Massif de l'Esterel (half hour drive) for fantastic panoramic hiking.
