Newly renovated apartment of 90 square meters with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and balcony, in a picturesque Ligurian village between the Cinque Terre and Portofino; it is the ideal place to relax and discover the beauties of the Liguria di Levante. Large comfortable rooms

Ideal location in the heart of Sestri Levante, discounted rates depending on length of stay, Centralissimo. The apartment is located in Viale Dante a few steps from the pedestrian area (alley), all shops and major attractions are within walking distance. The proximity of two supermarkets is a further element of convenience. All beaches within a few minutes. Bike path about 30 km directly below the house.
One step from the historic center and from the beautiful Bay of Silence. Beach clubs and public beaches. Convenient to the station to visit Cinque Terre and the small port of Sestri for boat trips.

Ideal for your holidays by the sea, suitable for the whole family even with children, without thinking of the machine.

Alessandro war sehr hilfsbereit und hat unsere Fragen immer schnell geantwortet . Sestri levante ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist 10 Minuten weg vom Meer. Es gibt viele Supermärkten in der Nähe. Wir waren zufrieden. ✌️✌️✌️Vielleicht nächstes Mal fahren wir noch mal dahin.

Preislich absolut unangemessen

Die Wohnung ist ganz schön, sie liegt im Zentrum der Neustadt, zur Baia del Silencio sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß durch die Altstadt, auf dem Weg dorthin gibt es viel zu sehen. Es gibt zwei große Schlafzimmer mit ausreichend Platz. Der Balkon ist groß aber leider nur 1 billigster Ikea Stuhl und kein Tisch. Die Straße am Balkon ist ein Zubringer mit ordentlich Verkehr und Lärm. Das Bad ist okay wenn auch nicht modern und nicht wirklich sauber. Die Küche ist mager ausgestattet und leider auch nicht sehr sauber. Der Preis war mindestens 30-40% zu hoch für die angebotenen Leistungen, ansonsten schon für eine Woche okay denn es sind alle Geschäfte in maximal 5 Minuten Entfernung zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch der Bahnhof ist nicht weit zu Fuß. Man kann mit dem Zug gut nach Genua, cinque Terre und portofino kommen. Perfekt also für einen Badeurlaub mit sightseeing. Parkplätze waren auch nicht wirklich leicht zu ergattern und man musste das System erstmal verstehen.Ein absoluter Minuspunkt war noch fehlendes WLAN was nicht mehr sehr zeitgemäß ist.

Günstige Lage, aber sehr laut und keine Klimaanlage

Leider fiel bei der Übergabe auf, dass die angegebene Klimaanlage nur ein Standventilator ist. Die Innentemperatur war 28°C (16h). Auch liegt die Wohnung an einer viel befahrenen Straße und ist daher sehr laut. Auch auf dem Balkon zu sitzen ist so wenig entspannend. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist ein öffentliches Schwimmbad ganz in der Nähe. Wen das nicht stört, der kann dort durchaus Urlaub machen. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in der City und am Strand.
