Lovely property in a lovely setting, exceeded expectations host was lovely town had great food options perfect for a base in alsace for a week. Would definitely stay again

Lovely, comfortable apartment

Lovely apartment with everything we needed as a couple. It is in the middle of Kaysersberg which is a beautiful little town more to our liking than the much bigger and busier Colmar. Conveniently there was a car park behind the apartment and a parking permit was provided. Mr Spindler was nearby for any questions and was a friendly and easy going host. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Alsace retreat

My wife and I had a memorable stay at Thierry's gite in the middle of Kaysersberg. The gite was huge and a very pleasing blend of old and new. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bathroom worked perfectly. The free wifi worked well. Free parking was available in the carpark adjacent to the property. Although we spoke very little French or German, we were able to communicate effectively with Thierry, who was a most gracious host. Kaysersberg itself was incredibly picturesque and a pleasure to explore. It is also a short drive from other larger and better known towns. It was reasonable striking distance from Europa Park, and from Mulhouse (fantastic motor museum). Amongst the best gites that we have stayed in over several trips to France. Highly recommended.
