A luxury front line high specification air conditioned 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom golf / beach apartment with view of the Mediterranean, Rock of Gibraltar and Atlas Mountains in Morocco. The South facing terrace, from which you can hear the Sea, soaks up the sun all day long whilst, inside, the apartment is cool and spacious. Situated on the Alcaidesa Golf Course the appartment is only a minute walk to the 3 miles of Blue Flag beaches and is ideal for a golfing, pool or beach holiday.

The Master bedroom, with king sized bed, has its own terrace with a superb view to wake up to, and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a hydro massage Jacuzzi bath. In the second bedroom there are 2 single beds All beds have high quality mattresses. The sofabed easily converts into a third bed which is remarkably comfortable as it comes equipped The Family bathroom is also equipped with a bath and enclosed shower. Additional features include a Samsung SMART (internet) TV Sky TV and PS3 and free WiFi Internet access. This is our second home and we are always adding home comforts to this already high spec apartment. Equipped to very high standards including fully installed air conditioning system, domotics system, electric shutters in the bedrooms, climalit double glazing, fully fitted kitchens with Siemens electrodomestic appliances, laundry area with washing machine, fitted wardrobes and 24 hours security. All of this provides superb comfort and relaxation. The apartment is extremely spacious and has to be viewed to be believed!

Alcaidesa offers all necessary services and facilities to satisfy the needs of residents and visitors. The village square, a 3 min drive or 20 min walk, is located in the centre of Alcaidesa where local amenities include a small supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants. The DBlanco Beach Restaurant and Cafe/Bar which has live music, is a 15 min walk and sits at the main beach entry and is open all year round and has a great menu, which includes Barbecued sardines which is our favourite. In the summer it is joined by two more 'Chiringuitos' which also offer great food, cool drinks and great tunes. The award-winning La Finca Thai Fusion restaurant is located at the Eastern entrance to Alcaidesa. The Mediterranean feel and Andalusian atmosphere can be found in the restaurants, cafes, tapas bars and beach bars.
